I was very disappointed that the hotel did not accept my request for cancellation or rebooking even after I sent medical evidence that my mother, a 76 year old lady, was admitted into hospital for an emergent heart surgery and was therefore unable to travel.

The hotel is in a quiet area, not as crowded as others, and that, along with the price, are its only real advantages. Some rooms are incredibly old, and even the 'new' ones are showing their age (so good luck with your room assignment!). Furthermore, the breakfast is quite basic, and with a fantastic bakery right next door, it's really not worth paying for the hotel's included breakfast. Still, I'd recommend it if you're just looking for decent accommodation at a good price in a central location.

the location is good; the room is clean; the service is good; and the bathroom is also clean; but the quality of wifi is bad.

The location of the hotel is ok, however there is construction going on at the back of the hotel, and a horrible noise can be heard non-stop even with the closed windows, even at night. Was impossible to sleep. The staff refused to move us to the other side. Don’t recommend!!!

A very nice hotel. It's in a great location, next to a huge market and a food court. It's very easy to get to from the airport: just take bus 601 and you're at the hotel in half an hour.

We liked the hotel. The guys at the reception are friendly. There is a balcony, although there is no kettle. The room is a bit small, but not critical. The bed and bedding are fresh and good. The mattress is comfortable. There are sockets next to the bed. Very close to the center, we walked. The breakfast is normal, but there are no eggs, which is a minus, but we ate our fill of sandwiches, yogurts, and cereal. Advice for those staying, there is a huge food court a few steps away with a choice for every taste and budget. We went there for dinner every night to eat local seafood. It is called something like mercado bom sucesso

It was a place I got in a hurry, but it wasn't bad. The towels and bedding were all good. There is a large restaurant building right around here where you can try a variety of foods. There is also a McDonald's in the Decathlon building and a supermarket in the basement.
