Large, clean apar**ents, not too pricey. Calm location at the end of a road. 10-15 minutes walk to Porto Ottiolu with restaurants and a couple of beaches. Budoni and San Teodoro within a 10 minutes drive. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. Good dinner.

Posto bellissimo e ben curato, immerso nella natura. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, nonostante l'arrivoin tarda serata. Peccato che il soggiorno è stato brevissimo. Assolutamente da provare.

Ein süßes Hotel, dass ein Fischmenü anbietet welches unglaublich gut ist. Man kann auch von ausßerhalb kommen und essen .Aufmerksames Personal nicht aufdringlich. Abendessen mit Meerblick…….Tolle A**osphäre ….. geniale Musik 😍

Hotel da provare! Gianfranco (il titolare) è un'ottima persona, gentile,disponibile e cordiale, capace di rendere la tua vacanza unica ed eccezionale. Cibo eccellente, pulizia dei vari locali e manutenzione degli spazi esterni, molto buona. Staff molto cortese. Camera da letto di fronte allo splendido mare, abbastanza spaziosa e comoda ma migliorabile. Nel complesso, vacanza del tutto sorprendente. Nicoletta e Davide

Mi piacerebbe capire chi scrive le recensioni... Per noi è stato un hotel da incubo!!!! Vendono stanze come suite... Forse non sanno che cos'è..!!!! Materassi scomodissimi tutta una molla... E puzzoni alziamo le lenzuola e sotto aloni di pipì(che schifo)!! Aria condizionata non funziona.

Siamo una coppia ed abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti a fine giugno. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la posizione della struttura, le sue casette immerse nel verde e disposte su una collinetta con vista mare in lontananza. Purtroppo i primi 2 giorni abbiamo utilizzato un appartamento che aveva tutti i rubinetti che spesso “sputacchiavano” l’acqua e dal rubinetto del lavandino non usciva quella calda. La TV, con decoder esterno, era malfunzionante e soprattutto il condizionatore era inutilizzabile. Dopo 2 notti molto calde con le finestre spalancate (senza zanzariere) e solo dopo nostra richiesta, abbiamo finalmente cambiato appartamento. La struttura ha parecchi pregi, ma ha bisogno di maggiore manutenzione ed un servizio più orientato al cliente

La Sardegna è una "regione da scoprire". Questa, location, racchiude il senso della citazione. Immersa nel verde, appartata, non lontano dalle spiagge; questa struttura offre quello che serve a trascorrere giornate di vacanza e riposo.
