It’s an alright hotel, the reception service was very polite and helpful. I would say that the pros of staying at the Portal Ville were the pool and bar area, the leisure space (has two jacuzzis and a pool table), the breakfast was nothing crazy but it was good and how neat and clean the room was. The Standard room was nothing special as well, just two single beds made into one and three pillows. The room does not come with an iron for clothes. The cons of staying here were the weak Wi-Fi and data service signal, its distance from the beach here in Mundiai (about 3-4 blocks) thus the wait time to get an Uber can take more than ten minutes.

Hospedagem cumpre com o que promete. Bem localizada, e com ótimo atendimento! Tivemos um inconveniente com um hóspede, mas , foi resolvido. O hotel fornece Jacuzzi como cortesia, pra quem vai, vale a pena experimentar! O café da manhã é sempre variado e bem servido!

O local é limpo, muito bem organizado e o contato com a equipe é maravilhosa. A recepção foi muito boa e fomos muito bem tratados por toda a equipe do hotel (o recepcionista Ederson ganhou o coração de todo mundo pela atenção). Melhor hospedagem que tivemos! A localização é ótima, tem farmácia, restaurantes, padarias e mercados por perto e a praia fica totalmente perto (com quiosques maravilhosos). Indicam bastante passeios para turistas e dão muito suporte! Totalmente incrível!

Ambiente super agradável. Atendimento excelente! O hotel possui uma área de lazer muito gostosa, com uma piscina ampla e opções de jacuzzi, além de possuir um bar com um cardápio variado, tudo preparado na hora. Vou voltar… com toda certeza!

A cama é muito dura, desconfortável, deixa o corpo dolorido e dificulta dormir bem. A música do bar que fica tocando das 14h as 22h atrapalha o descanso. Eu queria chegar no hotel e ter silêncio, tranquilidade. O wi-fi é péssimo, não pega no quarto. O sinal fica oscilando entre o quase nada e o nada, assim como o sinal da TV. Os travesseiros estavam fedendo a suor, mas o pior sem dúvidas é a cama dura. Um colchão inflável estava melhor. O banheiro podia ter um acessório pra pendurar roupa molhada. Tem só um ganho duplo pra pendurar toalhas, nem gancho pra tolha de rosto tem. A única coisa que salvou foi o café da manhã e a gentileza dos funcionários. Mas café tem em qualquer hotel bom.
