This hotel is in the historic town centre near Wenceslas Square and Mustek Metro Station which connects to all places in Prague. Although centrally situated and within walking distance to tram, bars, restaurants and shops, it is an extremely quiet hotel. The welcome we had was so warm and welcoming, different to other hotels I have stayed in, there is water and sweets in the area and a lovely Gentleman at the door who gave us a warm welcome not just the first day but always had a friendly smile for us every day and the reception staff are very helpful, especially the young lady who helped us to get to the airport. We stayed on the second floor number 123 which had a huge bed, beautiful linen and plush pillows with cushions too, it was decorated lovely and had a fridge, air con and coffee machine. The bathroom was big and plenty of hot water and shampoo, shower gel, etc. which was replaced throughout our stay. The whole of the hotel is spotless clean, well so is Prague. The breakfast, well nobody could complain about it as it had something for even the fussiest of eaters. There was fruit juices, water, coffee, an assortment of teas, detox drink, cereals, fruit, cakes, different kinds of bread and rolls, cooked assortment and cold assortment with the most gorgeous cheese I have ever tasted. Croissants, small and large with chocolate and jams and lots of different fresh fruit, tinned fruit, yoghurts and a lovely pot with different layers of chocolate, fruit and yoghurt. Amazing breakfast, my niece is going to Prague and I have told her to stay at this hotel as it just hits all spots for me.

Booked a 3 night stay in this apartment in a studio room via the main website as this offers a later checkout time than booking.com. I received an email the day before travelling with a link to some helpful information and the key code to get in to the apartment (though the email did go to my junk mail). Location was perfect! The apartment is just a minutes walk from the metro station and a tram stop so it was really easy to get around and to and from the airport. The places we wanted to visit were not far at all so we did walk to most of them. The Franz Kafka Rotating Head sculpture is also on this street. The kitchenette in the room was well equipped with dishes and there is a fridge, kettle, microwave and small hob. The bed was large and comfortable, pillows a bit large for my liking but I am fussy with pillows! Only suggestions I would make would be: An iron A tea towel for drying dishes TV remote was a bit temperamental when trying to sign in to Netflix etc

This is really good hotel situated between Nove Mesto and Stare Mesto, new town and old town. Lies at a quiet side street. A tram line stop and a metro station is just around the corner. With decent walking distance from the old town. Our room was rather small but spotless clean, all staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent! If you want a cheap lunch, try food court with its ethnic restaurants in the top floor of metro station's shopping center. Good cafe and cake shop in the ground floor. Also opposite the hotel lies an excellent Vietnamese restaurant.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, you are just a stone throw away from all the main locations like charles bridge, old town square, kafka head and many more. the breakfast spread were really nice. The services are on top each and every staff were humble and hospitable. The only problem I faced and it was a really big thing for me that wifi was not working at my room , it was so pathetic I couldn’t even able to made a whatsapp call. well overall I would really recommend this hotel. Please avoid room at the edge of 2nd floor if you willing to utilise wifi for your work or any other stuffs.

I went to a foreign apartment hotel for the first time. I am very surprised. The apartment is equipped with a microwave oven for cooking, pots and pans, etc., to cook for yourself. There are refrigerators and washing machines. The area is also large. In the city center, the subway is downstairs and the traffic is very convenient. Afraid that the city center is noisy, the hotel also provided earplugs, in short, very intimate. Will stay again next time.

The location is excellent, 3 minutes from the nearest subway station and 1 minute from the tram station. But there are more beggars downstairs, and girls need to be careful when traveling alone. About 800 meters away from the old town, there are many restaurants downstairs, and there are also big supermarkets such as billa and tesco. The hotel has different social activities every day, and you can meet new friends. The equipment is also very complete, with a large kitchen, a mailbox and a computer. There is a fan in the room and the equipment is simple.
