Excellent hotel when visiting Prague. Shout out to the front desk staff and the restaurant staff who are very accommodating and helpful. Will highly recommend this place to friends and family visiting Prague.

We stayed three nights here. Walked to all major attractions. People at hotel were really nice and we enjoyed the sauna downstairs. Room I was clean … we would come back to stay here again.

The hotel is relatively old and there is no doorman to help open the door and take the luggage.
The overall price of hotels in Prague is not cheap, the breakfast is good, and the style is OK

The location of the hotel is very good. All attractions in the old city are within a ten-minute walk. The service staff are also very good. The whole building is very old and the rooms have a sense of age. The breakfast is not bad, and the own bar is also very stylish. There are two problems. One is that I booked an executive room but was assigned to a corner room with no view at all. When I open the window, I can see dirty pipe walls... The other is that the hotel is really too old.

Reception and housekeeping services are inadequate.
Even though I stayed in a suite room and reminded, no refreshments were served.
There is almost no hotel without daily water supply.
It was very interesting that there was no daily water in the room.
There is an average breakfast
I will not stay in this hotel in Prague

I want to express our appreciation for the overall positive experience and commend your friendly and accommodating staff.
However, I would like to bring to your attention a couple of concerns regarding our stay. We booked two rooms, 501 and 502. While we found the crew to be very nice and the rooms to be generally good, there were discrepancies between the two rooms.
Despite both rooms being priced the same, Room 502 was noticeably smaller than Room 501. This caught us by surprise, as we expected both rooms to be similar in size given the identical pricing.
Additionally, we encountered an issue with the shower in Room 502. The showerhead was positioned so low that it made taking a normal shower quite challenging. This was not the case in Room 501, and it became a significant factor in our overall satisfaction.
I understand that there may be variations in room size and amenities, but the considerable difference in size and the shower issue in Room 502 were unexpected and affected our overall satisfaction with the stay.
I appreciate your attention to these concerns and kindly request an investigation into these matters. A prompt response and resolution would be highly valued.
