First problem during check in, hotel did not have my reservation in system, my 2nd the same experience with lost booking. Hotel accepted my Trip mail confirmation and I solved this issue with trip via chat in app, live agent answer into 1min and start solving, 15min later contact me via call with result and apologize with points compensation around 10usd. Hotel has new app with all info about hotel ordering drink to room, cleaning and etc really nice. I got upgrade free due to lost booking upon my requst from hotel. Bed styling looks like very poor, like at university :-). Suprise was only 1 tower for 2 person booking double room.
