I stayed here last weekend and all I can say is amazing, rooms are immaculate, while hotel is beautiful and the service is incredible! Every meme er of staff we met were so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help! I would like to give a special mention to Petra who helped me so much when our airline lost our luggage and I didn’t have my essential medication, Petra was amazing and found a doctor immediately for me who provided me with my medication! All staff went above and beyond and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague!

Renoved hotel complex from old times, the metro station right in front of shopping center etc. rooms clean and ordened, the bed a little small, but you used to it. Unfortunately, the window could only be squeezed, at 33°C per day, at least a small ventilator helped in the room. Breakfast for a 3* hotel also very well. The staff at the time of the impact at breakfast sometimes overloaded, but helpful and nice.

We stayed there one night with our two months old baby, everything was fine. We booked a parking in the garage, which is not suitable for SUV´s, very limited parking space. Only basic toiletries, comfy bed. Very good breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs cooked for you. Worth the value.

The pension was quite easy to find from the metro station and not too far to walk. By bus it is only a couple of stops. I got used to using the metro very quickly and it was easy to get to Budejovicka station from Nadrazi Veleslavin, the nearest station to the airport. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. There were two rooms with toilets and washing facilities on my floor. The shared fridge and microwave in the corridor was very useful. The owner was very kind and offered to help print out some documents for me that I needed urgently. The area around the pension is safe and very quiet. I don't think there would be any problems at night time.
