The room is quite big and clean, with curtains by the bed, two types of bedside lamps, and all the tableware downstairs so you can cook for yourself. Great hotel in a lovely quiet area, 15 minutes to the old town/bridge by tram. Had a room on the 4th floor which was clean and light, beds comfortable and fantastic shower. Check in at reception was easy and they were helpful in giving you all the info you need for your stay. They will also help with any trips or sightseeing. Our room was cleaned every day but if this doesn't happen, just ask at reception. Great continental breakfast with good choice of rolls, cheeses, hams, eggs, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, pastries etc. and plenty of coffee. The public transport system is subsidized by the Czech government so over 65s are free and 60-65s tram/bus tickets are half the price. Their bus/tram system is brilliant and the best way to see Prague so using Google Maps (which is a godsend) you can go to all the sights by tram/bus. I bought 3 day tickets from the yellow machines at the airport and each day you use one, just validate it at the tram/bus stop or on the tram/bus and it stamps it for 24 hours use, just keep your passport with you to confirm your age (we never saw any inspectors). As I'm 60 it cost me 180 Czech krona (£6.50) for 3 days travel. We also used public transport from and to the airport and although it took 50 minutes, it saved us a fortune (taxis can be anything between £30-£40.00). The tram stop is round the corner at the bottom of the hill from the hotel. We could leave our bags at the hotel after we checked out so we went to the lovely park across the road for a couple of hours. If you want a lovely meal and great beer, we found a little gem called the Beer Spot which is 6 minutes walk from the hotel. There's a lovely shopping mall about 5 minutes walk Nový Smíchov Shopping Centre, which has all the brands you could want and a Tescos. Would definitely use this hotel for Prague again.

We stayed 5 days in this recently refurbished hotel, our room was brand new, good size for Europe, nice lounge, coffee machine and nice bathroom, including rain shower There are some teething problems such as the air conditioner not working, so the rooms are a little hot, and no English channels on the TV. The service we received was excellent from our check in experience including great dining suggestions, our room attendant Osanko made sure everything was in order and checked to see if we required any additional items. Breakfast each morning was a lovely continental range and again very attentive service

We stayed four nights. I really liked the location of the hotel as a tourist. It is within .5 mile of the famous Dancing House. Transit is right at your door, a nice 15 minute walk to Old Town Astrological Clock. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars close by (many across the street). The hotel was very clean and Czech decorated in an older beautiful building with tall ceilings and tile floor. We had a “VIP” room and it was a queen bed with a large bath and entry area with much closet and storage space~ loved that, it lets you spread out! We were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco too, a surprise! Staff were helpful, kind, and maid service was wonderful. A good value for the $. They include a typical Czech breakfast buffet which was ok. We had a room facing the inner courtyard and it was quiet. My only complaint is about the pillows…. Too flat and hard. Otherwise, a fine hotel. I often felt I was staying in a palace!

The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room. The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The doormen greeted each other warmly. It is useless to evaluate foreign hotels here. don't give me feedback either...

The evening: Italian dinner a little cheap but worth the coup On the location we are only 5 minutes walk from bus and tram stops for the old town and visits I recommend a 100% and we will come back !!

This just few steps from the whole attractions of the beautiful Prague old city, shopping malls, restaurants, bars, everything is within a minute or two walking distance, undisputable location. Rooms are specious and comfy, bathrooms are also wide and big, AC works properly.. Rest of hotel services are typical excellent standard of Marriott. Breakfast is rich with plenty of varieties, however, there are NO big dinning options at the hotel despite of its big size, yet this is not a big deal cause the moment you step out of the hotel front door, nice restaurants are loaded everywhere. Bit expensive but will book it again if in Prague.

We stayed at Mosaic House for 3 days on an Eastern European vacation in October with friends (8). It was a fantastic hotel! Beautiful, clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was wonderful, rooms nicely decorated, and breakfast delicious. The bed was fabulous and the décor eclectic and interesting! The front desk was very helpful in giving directions and helping with taxis. We even got a welcome drink when we arrived. The location was perfect for walking the city and catching the tram or subway. The hotel had a café and lounge area that was very nice. The only minor complaint would be the A/C not blowing cold enough. My husband and I are used to cold A/C. But we were able to open windows and let in the cool night air, so it was fine. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Amazing hotel , friendly and polite staffs , nice location , very close to old town center . The breakfast was amazing . The room is very nice , wonderful sheets , love the lighting in the bathroom and the huge double mirror .

It is a modern building, we had a family room which was spacious and the beds were comfortable, and we had stunning view from the 19th floor. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious, they filled up the buffet quickly, there was never a shortage of anything, and there was even oat milk.Good transport to the city center, the tram stop is a 3-minute walk away. Excellent value for money, hotel quality at a hostel price.
