Great hotel in a lovely quiet area, 15 minutes to the old town/bridge by tram. Had a room on the 4th floor which was clean and light, beds comfortable and fantastic shower. Check in at reception was easy and they were helpful in giving you all the info you need for your stay. They will also help with any trips or sightseeing. Our room was cleaned every day but if this doesn't happen, just ask at reception. Great continental breakfast with good choice of rolls, cheeses, hams, eggs, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, pastries etc. and plenty of coffee. The public transport system is subsidized by the Czech government so over 65s are free and 60-65s tram/bus tickets are half the price. Their bus/tram system is brilliant and the best way to see Prague so using Google Maps (which is a godsend) you can go to all the sights by tram/bus. I bought 3 day tickets from the yellow machines at the airport and each day you use one, just validate it at the tram/bus stop or on the tram/bus and it stamps it for 24 hours use, just keep your passport with you to confirm your age (we never saw any inspectors). As I'm 60 it cost me 180 Czech krona (£6.50) for 3 days travel. We also used public transport from and to the airport and although it took 50 minutes, it saved us a fortune (taxis can be anything between £30-£40.00). The tram stop is round the corner at the bottom of the hill from the hotel. We could leave our bags at the hotel after we checked out so we went to the lovely park across the road for a couple of hours. If you want a lovely meal and great beer, we found a little gem called the Beer Spot which is 6 minutes walk from the hotel. There's a lovely shopping mall about 5 minutes walk Nový Smíchov Shopping Centre, which has all the brands you could want and a Tescos. Would definitely use this hotel for Prague again.

Loved this hotel, me and my partner visited this hotel 21st of march until friday 24th as a couple from wales in the UK on a budget we booked this as it was central and really good value for money, from the moment we arrived we felt really comfortable check in was swift and straight forward and the lady who checked us in was nice and polite, to be honest all the staff were so welcoming and lovely. The rooms was basic but very clean and comfortable, the lifts could be frustrating but no big deal but i would have easily walked to 3rd floor but didnt see any stairs to do so, breakfast was enjoyable and plenty of it, the bar area had a really lovely atmosphere and a good pint of starapromen for a good price. We were out most of the day enjoying the sites of this amazing city and evenings enjoying the bars and restaurants around the hotel and further across the bridge. Can honestly say it was an amazing first visit to prague and not the last hopefully, will definetly reccomend this hotel and hope to visit again one day..děkuji

- Unfortunately services and facilities did not match the expectations as it was mentioned or as per Brand image. Dirty cups, missing utensils, nonfunctional coffee machine, dirty stinky fridge, nearly empty shampoo sets, old towels do not suit the image of the Ramada brand.  + Location is only the biggest asset for this particular Hotel. Close to all major attractions. Room was big enough but seems old and need cosmetic repairs. - Customer care is another point to be improved. For parking, were instructed to come first to the Reception even-though informed them that due to road blockage, it was not possible to enter center. After struggling for nearly 1.5 hour,  managed to arrive at reception then came to know that the hotel parking was closed and have to use public parking. They could have informed beforehand during the call. Greeting to guests is not norm here. However, Mr Rafat was particularly extremely helpful and professional.  - Breakfast is just normal, not so many varieties and congested room. Overall, disappointed with stay but Prague is always beloved city.

This place is just dirty. The carpet flooring is thin and shaggy. The bathrooms are tiny––there is no storage for any toiletries so you basically need to keep everything in your bag. There was mold in the bathroom near the shower area on the ceiling. The shower head was dirty. When I arrived, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was making a hissing noise, so I decided to take a look at it. I unscrewed the front cover, and it railed thick dust all over the bathroom. The cleanliness is really disappointing, especially when a lot of these issues could be fixed with more thorough cleaning and some preventative maintenance. Other than that, the rooms are small. The twin beds in the rooms are so close, it may as well be one bed. The cabinets and shelving are built in, and they make the room feel really cramped. Overall, the whole place is pretty bad. Nothing about it is pleasing or enjoyable, and the pool comes at an extra fee. The place earns an extra star because the location is great, and it provides a great jumping off point to see the beautiful city of Prague. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in a lot of different countries. I'd say this is the worst one I've seen. I'm sure you can find a fairly comparable place that actually cleans their rooms.

Hotel with good value for money, not very central location but still close to points of interest such as the National Museum, S. Vanceslav square and the central station. The center of Prague can be reached with a walk of about 10/15 minutes. Alternatively, the hotel is served by two metro stations: Pavlova practically under the hotel and Muzeum about 500m away (next to the national museum). The area is also equipped with a tram and bus stop, as well as many other services such as restaurants, supermarket, mini-market, fast-food, etc... Simple but clean room, linen changed every day. Despite the absence of an air conditioner, the heat is not felt at all. The only downside is that there is no mini fridge in the room. But overall it still proved to be an excellent solution for the stay, recommended.

Just got back from a 4 night stay here, and we were very happy, the apartment was great. Reception staff all very friendly and helpful, Reception is open 8am to 11pm, and there is a contact number if you have any issues outside of these times. Our apartment was large, modern and clean, with bedroom, large living room including kitchen and dining table, plus a very good shower room. Bed was comfortable, sleep quality very good, despite being in such a busy location. We did feel that maybe the apartment lacked some character, it was a bit bare and cold looking, but all furniture was new and in good condition. You are just 1-2 minutes walk from IP Pavlova Metro station, and there are many trams you can catch right outside the station. The area has many restaurants and cafes, plus there is a convenient Tesco express (turn right when you leave the apartment building, then turn left at the end of the road and you are there). We were given discounts for Burger King just round the corner, and we used it for a fast breakfast one day, plus we were also given 10% discount at a nearby cafe, the cafe was nice but a bit overpriced. Overall we were very happy with our stay here, and we will certainly consider it again for our future Prague visits.

Aparthotel Rimska is an ideally-located accommodation for a short break, and is based in Prague centre only 10-15 minutes walk (with heavy cases) from the main train station. Being centrally located, the outer building is in-keeping with the beautiful architecture, and walking down into the main city area and surrounding restaurants is not a long task at all. Upon entering, you self-check-in via the touchscreen kiosk where you receive your keycards. Our room was extremely spacious notwithstanding the ceiling slope, with a full kitchen fitting and open en-suite bathroom. The TV was also huge with comfy chairs, and the windows backed onto other apartments and hotels in the immediate area. The beds were also comfy however to improve, include either more or larger pillows as we weren’t overly satisfied with the selection. Otherwise, Aparthotel Rimska is a fantastic choice with what seems like an up-market room and aesthetic.

Booked EA Embassy Prague Hotel, after a few minutes got a message that the hotel is closed and we are moved to the Ramada Prague City Centre. They didn't ask me if I wanted that or not. And of course the Ramada is also the worse hotel (even though both have 4 stars).... Also, according to Booking I had to pay 170€, but according to the bill it was the equivalent of 181€. First I was told that is due to the conversion rate of my bank, which is of course nonsense, because I looked for the official conversion rate.

It is a modern building, we had a family room which was spacious and the beds were comfortable, and we had stunning view from the 19th floor. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious, they filled up the buffet quickly, there was never a shortage of anything, and there was even oat milk.Good transport to the city center, the tram stop is a 3-minute walk away. We stayed for 3 nights, 4 days. Our reason for staying was that we were attending Lewis Capaldi at the O2 (just opposite!) Prior to arrival, I had asked if they offered anything additional for my partner’s birthday. I received an email back quite promptly that I could purchase a bottle of bubbles or a cheesecake. I opted for the bubbles and asked for this to be in the room on arrival. Before we arrived, we received a notification through the Bonvoy app that our room was ready. On arrival, this was not the case. We waited for an additional 20 minutes or so, and the reception staff were very friendly and went through the city map with us. The room was spacious enough, and included a nice welcome message - though my partners birthday was not mentioned (something we had in previously hotels - so maybe something to consider?) Unfortunately the bottle of bubbles was not in the room, which was a little disappointing. Reception kindly allowed me to borrow a EUxUK adaptor. Once I had got back to the room, a member of reception had bought the bottle up. However, I was not there which ruined the surprise and whole reason I had done it. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. The food was okay, but the service was poor and inattentive. Before the concert, we had asked about access. We were told the hotel had a special entrance, and we’re given the necessary stickers to gain access - something we should’ve been asked & given on check-in? After the concert, we returned for a few drinks in the bar. The bar appeared to have a mixture of guests and non-guests, which was perfectly fine. However, the service was very poor. The bartenders prioritised Czech nationals and females, rather than adopting a ‘who’s next’ approach. This was also clear when table service was given to native Czechs, and not ourselves. The beds were pretty hard, though I would put this down to them being new and unavoidable. All in all, I would return if I were to be visiting a concert back to the O2. The hotel is outside of the city, but the metro is only 12 minutes away - the metro is incredibly good and extremely easy to use so this posed no issue at all.

GGuest UserA friend I spent 4 nights at this hotel whilst visiting another friend and seeing the sights in Prague. In terms of location, the hotel is a little out of the main centre (15 min walk approx). However it still feels very central due to how large Prague is and sprawls out. The hotel is not dated but doesn’t seem particularly modern either. It has a very simplistic feel. Staff are polite in the reception upon arrival. It has a very small lobby area with seating, vending machines and toilets hidden away. This area could get crowded easily. The rooms themselves are basic. They are clean and tidy, have decent beds, a small desk and a wardrobe. Numerous charging sockets are available which is nice and there is a TV. Unfortunately, there is no safe or mini fridge which did feel like a small hindrance. The bathroom is not spacious but is once again clean and tidy. Towels are replenished daily and small toiletries are provided. The hotel offers breakfast which was included within our booking. The breakfast is very basic. Cereals, fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese and some boiled eggs is all it has to offer. However, the coffee and drinks machines were in good working order and the staff worked hard. Overall, this hotel offers a simple, easy and affordable stay in Prague. You get what you pay for but I was satisfied with the overall value. The additions of a safe, mini fridge and a more comprehensive breakfast would pay dividends though.

GGuest UserGood hotel in a great location at the top of Wenceslas Square. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room spacious with a great view of the museum. This fell short of full marks in two areas. Firstly, the room was very warm with no AC in March. This meant sleeping with the window open which was very noisy. Secondly, the bar was on open for a very limited period of time and was shut at 2100 if not before.

LLxue inWe as a family with 2 kids stayed in the hotel for Easter holiday, you cannot expect any better regarding the location, the old town square is literally at your doorstep, you also have more than plenty of cafes and restaurants, we didn't cook at all for the 4 nights stay. It is easy access to any attraction, by walk, maybe a bit of walk to Prague castle, but in the good weather, we don't mind it. You will need to pay extra for daily clean, or if you stay more than 5 days, you can get free cleaning. It has 2 small lifts, which is necessary and convenient. ***Pack your own hair conditioner, as it is not provided.

GGuest UserFantastic location. Between museum and IP pavlova tram/train stops. Great interior, beautiful and grand in communal areas. Rooms nicely decorated. W Beds a little hard. Staff polite, friendly and helpful. Downside to rooms, lack of plug sockets - Kettle has a short lead and difficult to find where to plug in. Not enough bed pillows. That said, we did not ask reception for more. They did not replenish the tea/coffee during stay. Only the milks. We could only find one plug socket. We found a further two sockets behind the bedside cabinets. We plugged our charger in only for this to burn out one night and the electricity went out and due to the new evening receptionist she was unable to turn it back on until she was relived in the morning. The receptionist though was ever so helpful and tried her best to help. We also received an apology in the morning. I have a bad back and found that there was no where to sit in the room with back support only a backless stool and ottoman. All that said we enjoyed our stay. Was very happy with our choice of hotel. We did not book breakfast and there’s lots of choice for breakfast towards IP pavalova. The Deminka restaurant that is shown in the hotel as the lounge bar - apparently is not connected to the hotel (ownership different) but would recommend. Good food reasonably priced and staff are very friendly and helpful. Also popular with locals too which is a good sign and has great history attached to the restaurant.

GGuest UserLa Boutique is placed a bit outside the centre of Prague, but within short distance from the channel. Its also a short distance to several pubs, bars, restaurants and also short distance to the tram, which travels all over in Prague. The reception was very service minded and its always someone there to guide you. We had a room on the 4th floor, big, nice room with good beds and a big bathroom. We felt the room was very comfy. The breakfast is simple but more than enough in the morning, and the food was tasty. They dont have any transport service for the airport, but we got a taxi both ways, between 650 and 800 chk. When we wanted to see Prague we either took a tram (22) or we walked down to the channel and from there over some of the bridges. We enjoyed our stay here.

GGuest UserI stayed here last weekend and all I can say is amazing, rooms are immaculate, while hotel is beautiful and the service is incredible! Every meme er of staff we met were so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help! I would like to give a special mention to Petra who helped me so much when our airline lost our luggage and I didn’t have my essential medication, Petra was amazing and found a doctor immediately for me who provided me with my medication! All staff went above and beyond and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague!
