We spent 8 nights at the Residence and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Roberta, Maria and all other staff where absolutely friendly and helpful. Our child was a little ill at the beginning and Roberta called a doctor for us who came directly to the Residence. The accomodation was absolutely clean and tidy. The pool was in very good condition and the outdoor shower, sun lounges and community area were brilliant. The kids could use the books, ping pong, games, playground, ... and everything was in good condition. Our dog felt also very comfortable and we were happy about this pet friendly place. A dog beach was also quite close, which was very convenient. We've checked the exact location of the accomodation beforehand and for us the traffic along the Via Aurelia and the street nearby were absolutely okay. Of course, absolute silence is always a dream but the perfect location close to the beach, the beautiful scenic landscape/coastline and - above all - the well maintained accomodation itself with all its facilities made our holiday perfect.

Ho passato 5 notti in questa struttura con mio marito . Ho prenotato direttamente tramite il loro sito senza passare da mediatori. Un posto davvero delizioso , curato con una bellissima piscina dove rilassarsi . Punto strategico per visitare le bellezze della zona. Roberta e’ stata una padrona di casa eccezionale, ci è venuta incontro in tutto e per tutto ed e’ stata sempre disponibile , presente e pronta a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta . Consiglio davvero questa struttura , dove non solo si sta bene , ma si viene coccolati dal primo all’ultimo momento .

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 10 gg perché avevamo il nostro cagnolino in cura alla clinica di San Vincenzo. Grazie a questa struttura abbiamo potuto tenerlo con noi insieme alla sorella (2 boxer) perché ogni appartamento ha un suo bel giardino con portico e recinzione privata. In questo modo poteva stare con noi in un ambiente tranquillo e a lui favorevole e andare giornalmente alla clinica (a solo 2km). Gli appartamenti sono molto belli e confortevoli dotati di tutto incluso tv e Wi-Fi. Inoltre c’è un ampio garage che consente di tenere la macchina al fresco sempre con possibilità di ricarica ricarica elettrica. Per gli sportivi oltre che una fantastica piscina c’è una palestra bene allestita. All’interno del parco c’è anche una zona picnic con barbecue e una zona giochi per bambini ed anche una area cani adeguatamente recintata. Il tutto estremamente curato. Che dire complimenti alla signora Roberta che gestisce questa fantastica struttura con una gentilezza ed un sorriso che ti porti dietro. Grazie di tutto.

Posto incantevole immerso nel verde tra gli ulivi, appartamento molto spazioso pulito e ben accessoriato. Ottima idea la zona comune con giochi e distributori automatici a disposizione. Disponibilità, gentilezza della signora Roberta e di tutto il personale hanno reso il soggiorno molto piacevole. Da ritornarci!!

Tutto perfetto dall'inizio alla fine. Prenotazione facile e veloce. Roberta è un host presente, competente e simpatica! L'appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, spazi puliti e arredamenti curati. Spazi comuni dotati di pingpong, tavoli e macchinette. Siamo stati benissimo! Ho adorato la consegna delle brioche al mattino!

Questo è il sesto anno che passo le ferie a San Vincenzo e in quattro strutture diverse. Il giudizio che posso dare è sicuramente il migliore di quelli utilizzati con garage interrato e non in mezzo alla polvere. Con queste temperature si apprezza e molto altro ancora, come le brioches fresche al mattino, locali silenziosi, la piscina. Ci torno anche il prossimo anno.

Ottimo residence, con piscina e immerso nel verde. Molto tranquillo e dotato di ottimi servizi, come il parcheggio sotterraneo, la piscina e lo spazio comune con giochi e distributori di bevande e cibo. Personale molto accogliente e organizzato (possibilità di fornitura di dolci freschi per colazione). Gli appartamenti sono confortevoli e puliti, con cucina attrezzata. Le spiagge sono a 5 minuti di auto.

Eccellente! Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti, appartamento molto carino,pulito con tutti i comfort! Per i bambini ambio spazio per giocare fuori con giochi,tavolo da ping pong ,biliardino. Gentilezza da parte della signora Maria con cui avevo preso contatti per la prenotazione e della signora Roberta che abbiamo conosciuto in struttura e soprattutto che è venuta incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze e ci è venuta molto incontro! Ringrazio ancora per tutto e spero di tornare presto in struttura magari d'estate così da poter fare anche un bagno nella splendida piscina! Grazie di tutto! Francesca!
