Hyatt House Oak Brook

Very nice location, lots of restaurants nearby as well as in house restaurant that is very nice. I dislike rooms with sliding bathroom doors and I don't care for bathroom lights on a timer but nonetheless I will stay again

Hyatt House is an easy 15-minute drive to Loyola Medical Center, and a great place for respite while remaining close to my loved one. The hotel offers spacious, clean, modern rooms in a safe, quiet environment. Every staff member I encountered was courteous and ready to offer assistance. This hotel is close to shopping in Oak Brook, and great dining options.

This property is clean, updated and newer feeling. The room had an "upscale" feeling and thing like the bed, linens, towels, etc. were all quality materials. This hotel is a very good value in a convenient location.

Nice place, easy access to freeways. Breakfast was great, parking conveinent. Great place to stay for a college visit I did with my son, will return

Everyone was very kind and welcoming at the hotel throughout our stay. We’ve stayed at the hotel several times. The staff is always nice and the hotel always clean. When we checked out, my husband left his iPad. Within an hour of us leaving, the hotel called to let us know. They were extremely helpful in getting the iPad back to us. Thanks again!!

I really thought the lobby was decorated very festive for the holidays and I loved that welcoming feeling. The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful and very friendly. My room is very clean and I am always picky about that. I am a bit disappointed with the pool however as the pool was extremely cold and my children couldnt even enjoy it. We left after 2 minutes. Unfortunately, the pool was the main reason for our stay as this was a mini "staycation" for us so the kids could go swimming.

Basically a good hotel. I was satisfied during my last stay here. That's the reason, why I have chosen this hotel again. But it was a little disappointed. First the good things. Rooms are well equipped and the bed very comfortable. Even located close to busy 22nd Street, it was very calm inside room. No noise from outside. Cannot open a window, fresh air will be supplied by fan. Reception staff very friendly.Not good at all: Rooms were cleaned according staffs mood. Mostly bad. Only 2 days of a 14 days I could say ,the room was cleaned properly. They forgot to empty the trash, coffee and tea bags not refilled. I found hairs of I don't know whom at fresh towels, floor in the bathroom not well cleaned.

I was here for the week on business and was very satisfied with the staff and hotel amenities. The suites are large and comfortable with all the amenities you need while away from home. The staff is friendly and welcoming which is hard to find anymore. Highly recommend this location.
