已經是老顧客了，但是這次是最糟糕一次入住。
服務：服務還行，但是欠缺，已經告訴前台要安靜房間，好不容易休假，想睡到自然醒，安排了一間一大早就是工地施工聲音巨響的一間，都説需要安靜房間，工地看起來也不是施工一天兩天事了，最起碼暖心告知一下吧？？
衞生：枕頭有污漬，另外毛巾竟然有一塊是廣泰酒店的，一塊是自己酒店的。這……
設施：沒問題
環境：酒店門口就是旅遊環線公路，另外一面，在施工🚧

入住的房間寬敞明亮，環境非常好，當時出差太忙，手機沒電了所以沒有照相，早餐是自助餐，品種多。晚上也非常安靜，很喜歡這個酒店，下次來普洱，還會選擇“花築”。

靠馬路太吵了，晚上關着窗都嗡嗡嗡的，晚上睡眠不好的慎選此家。
房間的杯子有安全隱患。我爸老年人，手一滑杯子倒了，怕杯子掉地上趕緊去接。結果身體失去平衡，杯子直接裂成2片，正好大腿倒到杯子碎片上（杯子一直在矮桌子上，沒有掉地上。）其中一片扎到大腿裏，流血不止，整個褲子都被血弄濕了。夜裡10點多跑到人民醫院急診，縫了3針。第二天找老闆娘商量，希望能承擔一部分急診費。雖是意外，那玻璃杯確實也是你們家的，大概率是之前就已經有裂紋了，不然怎麼一碰就裂了，並沒有掉地上，誰家的玻璃杯在桌子上一倒就裂成兩瓣的？商量無果，準備走人，心裏有氣，臨走説了一句要打差評。
這下不得了，摸了老虎屁股了。老闆娘一下子就大發雷霆，跟個**一樣，指着我們鼻子罵我們，人高馬大的步步逼近，手不停的揮來揮去，還攔着我們不讓走。我是一句話不敢説，很怕激化矛盾打起來。畢竟人在外地，同行的都是長者和小孩，哪裡敢惹這些***，衹能不停後退被她罵。文明人遇到野蠻人真的沒辦法，自己認栽吧！

一家三口，三個成年人自駕入住，停車方便。前台應該是給我們升級成套房，含2個房間，一個雙床房+一個大床房，房間寬敞舒適。這個價格訂到這樣的房間，非常滿意。多人入住非常推薦。

房間設施都挺好的，早餐也很好吃，唯一有個問題是不隔音，窗口外面就是施工工地，窗户關上也擋不住噪音，早上七點20開始準時電鑽或者水泥車聲中午也不休息，響一整天，工地不吵以後，又有KTV的唱歌聲，一直唱到晚上一兩點，，，，太痛苦了
設施：吹風機是飛科帶負離子的，台盆是toto的
衞生：挺乾淨的
服務：都挺好的

服務：前台服務員感覺需要求着她入住，再也不會來住這個大爺開的酒店了，電梯有故障服務員習以為常
