it was a cold night and noise! a lot of people walking and talking thru the hallway and early morning working in the building.

when we arrived the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The room was dirty and there was a lot of noise at night.

Reserve este lugar por medio de una oferta en esta plataforma, de despegar en la cual decía que la reservación incluía el desayuno y la reservación era para 3 personas. Al llegar al lugar resultó que no incluía el desayuno y que la habitación era solo para dos personas, aun mostrándole a la encargada la reservación y el correo de confirmación dijo, que eso era lo que ella tenía y punto; al siguiente día nos faltaban toallas por lo cual pedimos nuevas y nos dijeron que las toallas eran solo 2 y si queríamos otras eran $50.00 c/u, le comentamos que pues estaban humedas por qué se habían usado un día antes, para lo cual nuevamente tajanmente y de manera prepotente la sra. Nos dijo que la habitación solo incluía 2 toallas de baño y 1 de mano. Y se queríamos otras que las pagará uno.

Pésimo servicio, el agua de las regaderas fría, no había internet, no había cobertor para tap**** del frío. En la habitación que me hospede al parecer se encontraba arriba el cuarto de lavado, ya que desde las 6 de las mañana se escuchaba fuerte el sonido de la lavadora y no pudimos descansar. La verdad no vuelvo a regresar a este hotel.
