Great Location! Everything was walking distance. Hotel is dated but staff was friendly.

Wonder service at front desk. Great value for center location.

Overall property was good. They did lack a bit of over all communication but aside from that I can’t complain.

The stay was awesome! Staff was very attentive. And Patricia provided great service. During our stay we also dined in and the food was excellent!

The receptionist staff were friendly and welcoming. The issue I had was with the night guard he was rude and condescending. We asked for an extra blanket which he refuse to give. The next day I asked a different receptionist for a blanket he was very helpful and provided us with extra blankets. Over the staff were helpful and polite. .

Wasn't able to eat at the hotel restaurant without a breakfast pass. Was sent to the restaurant nearby that had few food options on the menu. Was also charged extra for the food ( since they didnt have change for the 500 peso bill i gave.)

Room had a weird smell. The breakfast service took about an hour and a half just to get food.

Excellent stay!

Excellent location, near zocalo (6min walk). Tiny but confortable. Good for the price. Restaurant on the other hand was our favorite parte of the hotel. Delicious food and courteous servers. Willing to accommodate to our needs.

We reserved two rooms one of the room didn’t have windows at all we had to pay extra money to moved my sister for one with a window our stay was very unpleasant staff rude and unfriendly not helpful.

Great location! 5 min walk to the zocalo. 2 minutes from the Calle de Sapos or Sweet Street . The best tacos arabes only 1 block away. Wifi connection was very good. Friendly service and consistently clean. Did not eat at the restaurant. Very helpful finding covid testing labs.

Good service
