The room was clean but the elevator was out of service when we arrived throughout a few days. I was traveling with someone who had trouble with stairs but the property did not offer a downstairs room even after observing her struggling. Upon check-in we were greeted by a creepy gentleman who thought it proper to make comments on our appearance. Clean rooms, great shower, comfy beds but breakfast was subpar and the atmosphere with above mentions was unpleasant.

This hotel is always pleasant when you come in they're always nice and always answer the phone if we have any questions and it's always a quick check-in I never have any problems with my kids here I really enjoyed coming to this hotel because it is a great Hotel.

Check in was a little long, their system was down. They took copies of drivers license for every adult in the room as well as the credit card which was odd and made me a little uncomfortable. Once we got to the room it was clean and comfortable. You can hear the train go by at night, but it didn’t blow a whistle and I was able to go right back to sleep after it passed. They have ear plugs in the room for you if you need them. The best part of the stay was Dana in the breakfast room. She kept the options stocked, cleaned the tables as soon as someone departed and was cheerful and friendly. I would return due to her alone.

Solid hotel. Rooms were clean and relatively comfortable. Breakfast was solid, nothing special. Bit loud but otherwise what you’d expect.

The only issue is that my partner had trouble sleeping due to the trains that pass by the hotel. The location does leave a lot to be desired.
