Courtyard Pueblo Downtown

Rooms were nice staff was great , very disappointed with bar. Staff in bar area didn't know how to make drinks n they were out or many liquors that were of there signature drinks on board.

Staff was delightful. Room had some maintenance issues that we reported when we checked out. Kitchen issues precluded a full menu.

When we arrived, we had to wait up to 20 minutes to check in. Our refrigerator did not work, we went to get ice, the ice machine was broken. In the morning our toilet was plugged, we called the front desk, they said they would come up and fix it. We waited in our room for an hour, we called back down and they said they could not find a plunger, that they had bathrooms downstairs. We weren't going down when we were still in our pj's.

Great room!! Very clean and perfectly laid out. We had plenty of room for everything we brought. It was very convenient to our friends and family and shopping. Just like home.

Nothing worked- from ice machines, swimming pool, hot tub, fridge In Room, toilet didn’t flush right, to Starbucks coffee house not having anything working so it only had cold and hot black available Hotel looks to be under renovations so it’s a mess.

The room was very clean and looked like it was recently remodeled. However, ******* charged double

Coffee not available until 7 am. Ice machines out of order on floors 5, 6, 2, 3: or4 (of 7 floors.. TV picture very dim. Moldy smell on first floor combines with strong cleaner odor, nauseating. Entire hotel run down and in need of intense cleaning. Very disappointed.

Room was clean, staff friendly. Did not know some areas were under construction and the indoor pool was closed

The one good thing was that after a stressful drive in a winter storm we were able to check in early and get some rest. Unfortunately we had a bit of time on our hands with no WiFi and no satellite TV. I guess maybe we could have paid extra for WiFi but expected it to be included. Also no breakfast- not even lousy lobby coffee. They had a pay-by-the-cup machine that was out of order. This is strike two out of two Marriotts. The name used to mean better than average. Not anymore. The Holiday Inn Suites is always better and less expensive.
