We had a great week in Pocillos Playa for Easter break. We were family of six occupying three rooms. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. Hotel is conveniently situated not even five minutes walk from the beach.The food was great and varied. The drinks were good too although I wasn’t sure if reusable caps were hygienic enough.The staff is very friendly, professional and enthusiastic.Special thanks to Sonia ( reception) ,Marc, Marianna and Eduardo ( from the bar).The water in the pool is super warm and the pool is very clean.I loved the Latino music in the lobby, which in my opinion was much better that the one played by the pool.I suggest to change it to create a bit of holiday vibe.The entertainment is non exciting really but it didn’t bother us. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you Pocillos Playa!

Hi, this hotel is only a very small all inclusive approximately 300 rooms. It is very clean and the food is good, I should of done my homework a little better though. It only has one bar, the beer is local (not San Miguel) and one small area for entertainment also one small dining area. I've stayed at much bigger places with a lot more going on and sadly for me I got bored after a few days, mostly a lot of people return year after year and at the end of the day it what suits you. The staff very friendly and couldn't do enough, it's a 30 minute walk in to town

I have to say i have been to Lanzarote several times and this has to be the best place yet. I cannot compliment this place enough from staff to food to hotel cleainess. On arrival i was very stressed as we had been dropped off at the wrong place initially by a very rude taxi driver and when we finally arrived at hotel pocillos we were greeted at reception by two lovely ladies nayan was brilliant asking us if we wanted a.drink as she could see how stressed we were so we sat down with our drink and destressed nayan was very bubbly and very informative about things we asked her in fact the staff in this hotel all work together like a close nit family this is what makes a great hotel,.the food and.drinks are lovely something for everyone i cant wait to return to this hotel again it can come soon enough thank you hotel pocillos and all the staff

Me and my partner are still here as we speak dates 31st January my birthday. We came 27th Jan for 7 days. This place is by far defiantly a great hotel and the food choice is fabulous. Love the food from breakfast to dinner. Rooms are always spotless and cleaners are absolutely brillant 5 star cleanliness. The pool is a lovely size and very relaxing. The loungers great selection of areas to choose washed down every evening by the staff. All the staff from bar to reception to the waiting staff smiling happy and make you feel welcome. We are all inclusive and defiantly worth the money. My birthday and I returned to my room with hubby only to find a bottom of plonk and happy birthday note and 2 glasses in my room for birthday wishes from the staff. Really great. If you want quiet defiantly go for the standard rooms which are down the side of the hotel nearer the well being centre and terrace so peaceful and quiet. I will be back with my husband defiantly. Really is worth every penny Thanks all staff for your lovely stay. We here till sat 3rd Feb and enjoying the rest of days we have left Thanks again Jodi and Allan

After this hotel was downgraded by Tui we were offered a change of hotel. As we wanted adult only we carried on with booking with great trepidation due to poor reviews. We found our holiday accommodation to be very good. The resort was ultra clean, pool area had plenty of loungers and pool was heated which was a wonderful treat. Our own room was exactly what we asked for. Quiet with large patio on ground floor. It was cleaned daily. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. There was one exception. The restaurant and food which definitely was sub standard and what other people complained about. It was like a holiday of 2 halves though because after 4 days there it was as if a completely new restaurant opened with different staff and better food. When I asked at reception the lovely Sonja told us they had taken on board the criticism and were making improvements. Good for them. The Spa was also very good with some specials and I used it twice for treatment. The resort is really a short walk to beachfront. If they improve restaurant then 4 star it certainly is.

This was our first visit to Lanzarote and to this hotel and we had a very lovely time. The hotel is small but has everything you would need for a quiet relaxing holiday. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly to approach, there seemed to be quite a few new members of staff during our stay, all of whom also were lovely also. We loved the fact that the hotel was only a short walk away from the beach, we enjoyed strolling along the promenade and stopping off along the way in various bars with lovely sea views, and browsing in the little shops in between. Our room was clean and quite spacious, had all amenities and was situated just passed the pool area. For such a small hotel, we found the variety of food available great, we enjoyed our meals, aswel as the snacks, BBQ`s and cocktails served out by the pool. All in all a lovely stay, would highly recommend and hope to return in the near future

We booked a rental car at the airport and arrived at the hotel in 10 minutes, easy to get to and plenty of space on the street for free parking. The hotel is a little old, but well maintained and very clean. next to Pocillos beach and the commercial area of Puerto del Carmen. The staff is friendly and tries to help whenever they can, especially thanks to Alfredo, a 10 for him and his team. we hope to return soon

Two girlfriends and I visited this lovely hotel for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect for our trip and excellent value for money. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and was nice and cool for sleeping. The beds are super comfy memory foam, and we had a nice big balcony overlooking the pool. It's a small hotel/resort and there's not loads to do but that suited us very well as we just wanted to relax. The pool was very nice and a good temperature, and there were loads of sun loungers so we never had to worry about finding a place to sit. We were surprised by the food offering - the buffet had loads of options to suit everyone and a nice variety with plenty of healthy options as well. For the price we paid we thought it was really very good value. The staff were extremely lovely and helpful and booked us a few taxis for various day trips/evenings out, and were always very friendly and eager to help out. Jenny was particularly lovely (but all of the team were!). It's in a nice quiet location right by the beach with a good ***** of bars, shops, and restaurants in very close walking distance, and about a 10 minute taxi (7 euros) into the main town. If you're looking for a party hotel this is probably not really the place for you, but if you're after a relaxing stay at a clean and well equipped hotel, it's ideal.

The positive points of this hotel are many, but I highlight its location in a quiet area next to the beach, the cleanliness and care and the staff, they always help you with whatever you need with a smile. Marc at the bar treated us great and Alfredo at the reception was attentive to everything we could need. I'm sure I'll come back
