Apartamentos Tisalaya ★★★
"Decent apartment! The facilities and location are great!"
Hotel THB Flora ★★★
"I enjoyed this hotel, however it was quite slow to check in. Otherwise a great hotel and I would stay there again. Helpful and friendly staff."
Hostal Magec ★★
"Fabulously located, easy and super friendly check in, clean and the room smelt lovely."
Aequora Lanzarote Suites ★★★★
"Excellent stay, we have gone back after a couple of years gap and the hotel is running smoother and exactly as it should. Food is great, something for everyone, the restaurant is busy but we never waited for more than a couple of minutes for a table. The whole resort is spotlessly clean with very friendly staff. Sunlounger reserving does still happen. Some people were sat on them at 8am, others had towels left.. there are notices everywhere asking you not to do that but unfortunately im not sure anybody takes any notice. Overall a great stay, 15 Euros in a taxi from the airport. We we stay again."
Apartamentos Panorama Adults Only ★★★
"Stayed many times & made reservations for 2026. Having worst experiences of guests behaviour during our stay, shall not be fulfilling bookings & definitely not returning to Panorama. Standards have dropped considerably, more like youth hostel or youth club with badly behaved abusive guests running & screaming up & down corridors during night. Every night awoken by shouting screaming in corridor & guests rooms. Slamming doors, banging, moving chairs, tables. Not a relaxing, restful holiday. Man in room next door, vomiting over balcony shouting, swearing at other guests, total disrespect. Reported this to Security 3.45am, guest continued vomiting very loudly & very disrespectful to Security man, swearing at him. Guest who had been at the poolside drunk, walked into our room, had to ask her leave our room. She on previous night hanging over garden balcony, fully naked shouting screaming from balcony, another night disturbed. Most evening on returning to Panorama a certain security person is asleep at reception. Standards of some clientele behaviour not acceptable. Music blasting from guests at poolside, along with the music from pool bar cafe. No longer peaceful restful experience at Panorama."
Kikerestudios ★★★
"Brilliant spacious studio apartments, air-con, comfortable beds and we had a small balcony with table, chairs and drying rack. Great quiet but friendly atmosphere. Always got sun beds even when busier. Pool cold but refreshing and fine once you were in. Will definitely recommend and we'll return."
Apartamentos Jable Bermudas ★★
"A friend and I booked a budget apartment for a weeks getaway, the apartment was clean and well maintained with plenty of hot water ;) I was especially pleased with the cleaners calling in every 2 days to tidy and leave fresh towels excellent. Only thing with the apartment was not much of a view but great value for money, lovely pool area with a friendly pool bar. I would come back anytime thank you"
Apartamentos Club Pocillos ★★★
"Filthy hole with rooms smelling so bad of ingrained smoke you feel sick. Aggressive male on reception and lying female completely uninterested in resolving complaints. So bad we received refund from on the beach after proving the people at the apartments were bare faced liars"
Vik Hotel San Antonio ★★★★
"We had stayed here a couple of times & on arrival at 9.30pm, we were tired & hungry. we were welcomed & efficiently booked in. We were directed to the restaurant which was serving until 10.30pm & our bags were taken away to our room.First class & friendly service! The hotel has been refurbished & is definitely 4 star. The room was large & clean. Nice sea view balcony & air-conditioned. There is a safe & fridge plus kettle, tea bags, coffee & milks The lighting is bright & good for reading. The television is modern flat screen & had six English channels. The bathroom had a good size walk-in shower & toiletries were provided. There is a hairdryer & magnifying mirror All in all, a cracking room. The food is excellent, with good variety. The staff are friendly, helpful & professional. This hotel has everything & is highly recommended for a nice, relaxing break."

Nautilus Lanzarote
"Don’t get me wrong these apartments are nice and the complex is clean, however there’s nothing to do what’s so ever, the shop got taken out after lock down there’s no crazy golf or table tennis I thought there was a bar where you could get snacks though out the day but no, so everything was a walk to the shopping complex which is 10 mins away where there’s a spar and plenty of places to eat, on arrival the receptionist give us are keys a pointed on is map where are apartment was, that’s the only interaction we had with staff we went on sun loungers but had to go to a designated area for a cigarette,we had a late flight coming home so wanted to keep to room on check out is 12 o’clock it’s €30 till 3 and €80 for the day which we paid,so as I said some people might love it but it’s not for me"
Hotel Riu Paraiso Lanzarote - All Inclusive
"Location… Directly out of the back gate across the road is the beach. Matagorda to the left, Puerto Del Carmen to the right. Lots of shops snd entertainment. Close to the airport so a short transfer. Hotel staff are fantastic, always helpful and rooms and grounds are lovely and clean. They are a credit to the hotel. Rooms… we had a double room and a family room. Double room good, bathroom with hairdryer, shaver point, free shower gel and shampoo. Balcony, kettle with supplies. Wardrobe. Family room not as good. Living area with double sofa bed, tv, kettle with supplies, coffee table, wardrobe, long mirror. Separate Bedroom with wardrobe, tv, aircon unit and ceiling fan. The issue for us was no aircon in the living area. It was hot and it was uncomfortable for the person sleeping in living area on the sofa bed. Bathroom with shower, free shampoo and bodywash, hairdryer, shaver point. Restaurant… nice food, good selection. Main restaurant, 2 speciality restaurants which you can book at reception or on the Riu App. 2 pool bars serving snacks, burgers, hotdogs etc. Bar in reception open 24hrs, can also grab a burger or hotdog. Pools…. 2 big pools, the one near reception is the busiest it has the activity team. A quieter one over the other side of hotel. We did manage to get a sunbed at the quieter pool but usual towels on sunbeds early! The quieter pool has 2 sections and they did allow people to throw a small ball in one side of it so everyone happy. 2 tennis courts, basketball/football court, volleyball. 2 table tennis tables, pool table. Lots of other activities run by the activity team. Shop, small gym. Courtesy room… you can book a courtesy room if you have a late flight. You book at reception and get a 30 min slot, there are 2 showers in each room, they get very hot! Luggage room to store luggage. We would definitely stay again if booking a double room but would not stay again in a family room due to there being no aircon or fan in the living area as it was an uncomfortable sleep."

"I went away with my 2 daughters who are 31/29. When we arrived somehow they didn’t have our booking but we had changed this due to Ryanair flights being changed and on the beach booked us an extra night at the start of the stay but the receptionists sorted it all out and we had the room on the ground floor next to the little bar. It was lovely, bright and clean. The kitchen area had everything needed including cloth sponge washing up liquid and tea towel which is great. I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge which actually was comfy, only criticism is that it could do with more pillows. Bathroom and main room were spotless and fresh towels and linen provided every other day. The pool, daybeds and solarium with sundress are kept immaculate. They cleaned the pool early every morning even scrubbing the white pool surround, gardens and patios areas. Unfortunately we only had a few days of sun but we were able to get beds on those days outside our room. We didn’t order food just drinks from the bar, which were reasonably priced . Our access to the apartment was either lower down or the top of the hill which by the way is worst going down than coming up in heels or wedges is literally 5 mins away which we went to while our apartment was being sorted but the shop over the road is very well stocked and reasonably priced. The location is perfect for quiet or lively days and nights. It’s 2 minutes down the hill to the beach. My only criticism is that the air conditioning isn’t the best and I ended up with a severe chest infection because the dust from it affected my asthma from about day 3. Our feet were black on the bottom from walking bear foot in the lounge area. That’s the only negative in lots and lots of positives"
Plaza Azul
"All good 👍. Very good location."
Hotel Lava Beach
"Great service❤️"
Lani's Suites de Luxe - Adults Only
"Thanks to Jonathan and his team for another memorable vacation at the Lanis Suites. It’s truly a little slice of paradise—highly recommended!"
La Isla y El Mar, Hotel Boutique
"We booked our stay purely based on adult only and past reviews. Champagne on arrival, concierge brought out bags to our room as we were an early Flight in so we could relax by the pool whilst our room was prepared. A 100m stroll takes you down hill to a local shop for water and other necessities. The room is spacious and has everything you would need with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. We stayed in 711 and we couldn’t get over the volcano stone designed bathrooms with rain shower. One thing myself and my wife enjoyed is that the staff are always on hand to help but aren’t in your face or annoying you. IThe atmosphere is very relaxed I guess being a boutique hotel with 81 rooms they keep it very chilled and we never had to fight for a sun lounger or space by the pool. Unfortunately I can’t remember all of the staff members that made our stay perfect but to name a few Liliana, Daniella and Leo go above and beyond to make It a 5• luxury stay."
Barcarola Club
"Another amazing experience at The Barcarola. Just back from 9 nights here, this was our second visit and again was so chilled and peaceful. You can always tell how good a hotel is by how their guests issues are handled. We had an issue with the water temperature controls and reported it to reception at 8am. By the time we had returned from breakfast at 8.45am maintenance had been and repaired the issue, which was a sign of the management focus on guest issues. The gardens and are well maintained and when we were there the pool was heated which really helped us enjoy the facility. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who were always smiling and eager to assist. We shall definitely return."
Apartamentos Agua Marina
"My wife and I stayed at the Aqua Marina Apartments at the end of March 2024. Unfortunately the weather wasn't too great for our week with a mixture of sun and rain. But we still enjoyed our stay. The Apartment we had was 405 at the top of the building. The sea views over the harbour and surrounding area were great. And the apartment was basic but comfortable. It had a living /kitchen area with a shower / toilet room and a bedroom with twin beds. The beds were very comfortable with extra blankets if required. The living area had a sofa with a unit incorporating a tv with various channels and a stand up electric fan for warmer weather. The Kitchen had all the usual accessories for a short stay. The cleanliness of the place was excellent and the cleaning staff are a credit to this place. We had clean bedding and towels every other day. Even the day before we departed. We had a private balcony with new modern sunbeds which was great for just relaxing in the evening. The wifi was also free and was pretty good. A safe was also provided at an extra 15 euro for the week. But we didn't bother as the place seemed so secure especially at night with the locked external entrance doors to the complex. There is a main swimming pool in the centre of the apartments which unfortunately we didn't get time to use, but it looked spotless with plenty of sunbeds roundabout. The reception area is just as you enter the apartments with all the staff being very helpful. We had a problem with our pickup for the airport on our return which they quickly helped sort out. The surrounding Old Town area has plenty of Bars and Restaurants, with the bars in particular putting a large emphasis on catering for visitors from the Irish Republic. A little off putting for a good Scottish Bluenose. There was always the Bluebell Bar in the main strip. Only downside was that the access roads and pavements around the apartments and harbour area are very steep and there are also a lot of steps to access the streets , so it might not suit the elderly or disabled. All in all I would recommend the Aqua Marina Apartments to the majority and would not hesitate to return."
Hotel Lanzarote Village
"After this experience, I'll be much more careful when opening the safe in hotels from now on! There might be something inside! It'll haunt me for life! The hotel was great in other aspects though! And Lanzarote is fantastic!"
