The apartments are very basic. No air-conditioning, fans available to rent. No toiletries, no microwave, no free WiFi. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. The location is very good and the apartments are clean. I definitely wouldn't stay here again. If you don't mind not having air-conditioning, and aren't fussed about comfortable beds then it's fine

Having been refurbished in the last few years these are now great apartments. Really quiet and relaxed, but you can use the facilities of the sister block over the road which is a bit more lively! My only ask would be for a microwave and a bigger freezer space in the apartment. Other than that, really good affordable accommodation.

Newly renovated apartments. Great pool. But the guest - sufficient sun chairs but at 10:15 half is reserved by people that has not turned up yet and sometimes doesn’t do so before late afternoon. Mngt step up. This is your responsibility to state clearly that this is not acceptable behaviour. This is the only reason for not awarding 5 stars.

We have stayed at these apartments numerous times and this trip was one deferred since March 2020 due to COVID. It was therefore a bit disappointing that our request for a top floor apartment was not met given we booked 2 years ago. The apartments have been refurbished and look modern with up to date kitchen and bathroom and much improved beds and sofa. However it would have been a good opportunity to buy new towels which are the same we’ve had since 2013 and perhaps consider duvets rather than blankets. The room soundproofing is non existent (hence the request for an upstairs apartment) and even normal conversations can be heard. We take ear plugs as we are light sleepers and usually the more mature clientele means that there is no rowdiness. You don’t need to give a deposit for the TV remote anymore but you still need to pay for a safety deposit box and Wi-Fi (20 Euros per week) which in this day and age is a bit of a con. Go into any bar or restaurant and log onto their Wi-Fi for free. The location is good and the grounds/pool are clean and tidy. These are good apartments with a couple of changes they could be great.

We would come back here in a flash — the apartment was brilliant, the cleaners do an excellent job both in our room and around the pool, and the reception staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Absolutely thrilled and had such an enjoyable week!

Recently refurbished apartments in an old location in centre of town, close to *****. We stayed here 3 years ago and it was very grubby but cheap and had nice pool / balcony areas and was small and cozy (only 16 rooms) which we like. It still has all of the positives as previous but rooms are modern and much nicer. I would have given it a higher score but marked it down for the following reasons - No free wifi Paid for safety deposit boxes!! Both of these already exist but are an extra way of screwing more money out of guests and so I always mark down in order for hotels to better understand the needs of guests. I also mark this down for the attitude of receptionists at the ‘master hotel’ - Clb Oceano. Very rude, abrupt and dishing out orders and commands like sergeant majors. Can’t do this, can’t do that, mask is below your nose, and then having cleaners at our door 0959 on check out day to ensure we leave on time!

Appartamento davvero grazioso al centro di Puerto del Carmen.. dotato di tutti i comfort pulito e reception a disposizione al club oceano. Se arrivi in orari dove non vi è possibile prendere le chiavi direttamente con la persona, te li fanno trovare nella cassettina con codice (molto semplice) Consigliato.
