To be honest, Puerto Montt is not a great place to stay - it's a port city with not a lot going for it, other than it's close to the lakes district, and there's a ferry service that continues the road south to Patagonia. The hotel is similarly lack luster. The best bet is to move on to the lakes when you arrive at the airport, if that's where you're headed, and avoid Puerto Montt altogether. But if you're getting the ferry and need to stop overnight then the hotel is fine.

The room was good as was the bathroom. But the heated pool wasn't functioning and it took the better part of an hour to get the sauna working. Breakfast was good. A bit more service and tea/coffee facilities in the room would lift the experience.

Great but the water pressure Very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. My window did not close. The pressure of the water in the baths is incredibly high. So high that taking a bath can be a painful experience. Please, consider to regulate the pressure of the two water.

It needs to be refreshed/updated. inside and out. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Water pressure was excepsional

Volví al hotel en un viaje por trabajo y todo estuvo muy bien. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Desayuno variado y de buena calidad. Cené dos veces en el restaurante, cuyo personal destacó por la atención y la rapidez. La carta es variada y amplia, con platos abundantes. Uve un buen descanso. Volveré.

Les chambres sont grandes c'est vrai mais l’établissement est un peu sans vie et aurait besoin de travaux. Par contre le petit-déjeuner et correct et il y a un grand parking tre accessible. L'hôtel est à 15 mn à pied du centre ville
