Ideal for solo travelers and couples without babies. The place is squeaky clean but there is a shared shotlet bathroom. Still very clean. It’s located next to a busy road so I couldn’t sleep all night with the tricycles passing by and there was also a baby from one of the guests that was crying but not too much. If you like sleep and you’re a light sleeper don’t go there. The location is not great cos of this.

Ac, hot shower. Clean bed and towels. All u need for ur trip. 👍

Great place near airport and baywalk area. I super like their veranda, so happy that I was able to finish my work AKA nakakasipag sya. Haha

It was quite a good place for a short stay. Very closed to anywhere you think of. Everything is just one trike away.

Everything was fine, price and quality

Ideal location, 10-15 minutes walk to the very center of the city, to SM Mall, to the pier. Very welcoming and friendly staff. A cozy terrace from which you don't want to leave anywhere. Right next door is a delicious and cheap veggie cafe. The room itself is very simple, there is no window, but for such an amount it is quite normal.

For just sleeping / short stopover to another destination, this stay is fine!

So my flight got in very late (10:30 PM), and I checked into this property to discover that the room for my three night stay did not have a bathroom in the room. The shower and toilet was a facility out I. The hallway shared by several other rooms. It was too late to do anything about it that night as they were full, but I was told maybe in the morning. As I read the room’s description, I could find no mention of a shared bathroom. Moreover, there was a reference to a balcony, so I rightfully assumed my room would have a window.. Silly Rabbit, what were you thinking? That balcony was of course a communal one, and you were on the ground floor in a cave of a room. Needless to say, I checked out the next morning, and walked away from the other two nights of my stay. I tried to use the book platform to get a partial review, but they of course ignored their emails and calls.

So I had originally booked three nights at this location. My flight got in late, so I arrived at 10:40 in the evening to discover that my room did not have a toilet or shower in the room… I was expected to use a communal bathroom out in the hallway. Of course, none of this was mentioned in the description of the property. The owner said that she offered to change my room, but there was confusion on that issue. In any event, I checked out the next morning, and walked away from my last two nights.. ******* says that they are working on a partial refund, but we will just have to see. The owner seemed nice enough, but the property needs to be clear in guests expectations.
