Everything about the hotel Mousai exceeded our expectations. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight for us
with a wonderful social a**osphere.
All staff were exceptionally well trained and provided top notch service. We requested a small repair of a bathroom scale, which was completed within five minutes. The room was exceptional with a large infinity hot tub on the deck. . The food was excellent and garden tour was impressive. We would definitely stay here again, with perhaps a few days in Zona Romantica, as it would be fun to be close to some activities. The location was a bit remote but perfect for a staycation

Absolutely amazing. Best service and experience we have ever had. Stayed in the ultra corners suite in the North Tower and it was the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. Food and service were amazing at all the restaurants and bars on site. Trip into town was a $10 cab ride and all of 15 minutes. We will for sure be back!

Mini fridge was not working from the time of check in until the last night. Issues was repeatedly brought up to staff from the time of check in. Maintenance was sent 2x and problem not resolved the night before check out. Hot tub on the private deck ( the primary reason for booking here) inexplicably selfed drained on night one , had mamaitence up and he filled it but couldn't use it due to cold water. The next night same issue , so we couldn't use the tub two out of a three day stay. I did talk to manager the day before we left and he did offer a credit if we came back or a small stay. I said that I wanted to talk to his manger who was said to be off property. The manager on property said he would have that person reach out at 10 the next morning. Never heard any thing! At check out talked to the manger on duty who said she couldn't due anything due to booking thru ******* and would have GM manger reach out. I'm still waiting on that!
Butler was nice and helpful until we had issues and needed to speak with management. Then she disappeared until we happened to run into into her.
Important to note* the staff was very good except for management and the 'butler service'. This is a place I would not recommend to anyone.

It’s not an all inclusive resort.
When we arrived at the hotel, they told us that with *******, you have to pay for the food. We paid at the check in for the food and they charged us more at the checkout for the last breakfast and snacks.VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Nichi our butler was excellent, she went above and beyond and was there for anything we needed.
Greta at the pool was also excellent she made sure we had what we needed at the North rooftop Infiniti pool., Angel and Ramon were our waiters at pool and were very good.
The north side suite was super and amazing view. If I was designing it I would include 2 luggage racks in rack room and more hooks to hang stuff up such as T shirts, shorts and towels.
