Good location nearby malls and supermarkets, all included in the hotel, funny activities every day, big rooms in good conditions, the buffet was really good

Just stayed for one day, but it took 2 hours to check in. Not how I expected to spend the afternoon. Junior suite was roomy, though.

Très bel hôtel propre avec tout ce dont on a besoin;air climatisé,Wi-Fi,lit de qualité king size,cuisinette avec frigo,balcon,2 piscines chauffées avec transat sur la plage,spa,beaucoup d'activités,fitness,idéal pour les familles.

Stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed it! Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pool area really beautiful and Carlos was very helpful getting beach chairs set up. Easy cab ride to Old Town & Malecon. Will return!

Lovely low-rise intimate hotel on the beach with a great location. Unfortunately, it is going to be torn down this spring and replaced with another cold high-rise hotel. Sad! I do hope they also change their no guest rule with the future hotel. My sister was staying at a different hotel and she was not allowed on the Villa’s property. Ridiculous !
Usually you can at least sign a visitor in at the gate.

Even though I am a member I purchased my week thru *******. They were entirely too eager to get me to my members update. That consumed tooooo much time! We were in the oldest part. Never got any seats by pools until late. Late night revelers at property next door and nothing but delivery/vac/garbage trucks bumping and beeping and honking at the wee hours of the morning. Very poor sound proof. The breakfast buffet was excellent (as usual) and the staff very courteous and attentive. However, if it wasn't included in the price would not have paid 40 usd. Very good food optiond off property and close by as well.

After booking a room, the hotel would not honor our booking for the room bed combination that was paid for. When we asked to be moved we were told that they were full and our only option was to pay more or stay in. The room they had, or maybe later in our stay they could find another room, but there was no guarantee. Staff was vey dishonest and not helpful at all
