Amapas Apartments Puerto Vallarta - Adults Only

The hotel is super close to the beach. I had one of those rooms where you can see the beach partially. The bed was good and big. The closet also big. I had balcony. There was no AC at the room but if you leave the AC from the living room ON and the fan ON the fresh air comes to your room too indeed. There is a big security box. The kitchen has cups, plates, silverware, wine opener, big fridge, coffee maker, pans, etc. They give you soap for dishes ONLY if you ask for it. Only one toilet paper in the bathroom.The room can be cleaned ONLY in the 3rd day after you arrived. There is a little room where you can put trash close to the stairs. I really got super annoyed internet could ONLY work in the room. So if you need internet in the balcony, living room or kitchen FORGET IT. As a solo traveler internet was very important to me because I needed to stay connected with people. All my phone data finished in the 2nd day at the beach. This hotel really need to work to fix this internet issue. It is not fun to be there alone with no internet during a super HOT day.

Definitely coming back! Place was amazingly great! Location was perfect and staff was the best. Only downfalls were slow wifi, and no elevators. Other than that everything was great

EXCELLENT OPTION for a place to stay in the Romantic area of Puerto Vallarta. People are great, and help you in every way possible, as expected...I have gone back again and again for those reasons! Laszlo, Jessica and all others always help out when called on! Super people.

The apartment was a great size for 1-2 people. It was nice to have a table and chairs as well as the kitchen. The kitchen has the bare minimum needed to prepare meals, but no oils, salt & pepper etc. They did provide me with dish soap and sponge for cleaning up, and there’s an iron and ironing board in the closet on each floor. The building is very clean. It’s not brand new but it’s quite nice for the price. Laszlo communicated well and helped me with my luggage which was much appreciated. The “pool” on the roof is tiny and the water was way too warm to be refreshing. I would have preferred to be able to use it after 8pm.

The room was spacious and affordable. What I liked the most was how the staff members were accommodating, allowing me to use their phones and computers when I was robbed of my phone and wallet so that I could get back home safely. They were all super nice. If I ever go back I will stick with the Amapas.
