I like the property location and staff, but the rooms need upgrades as they are getting very shabby. The music at the pool is BLARING from 9am onwards, absolutely no way to relax. A/C didn’t work in my room for 2 days and only after tearing apart my room did they move me.

Great roof top adults only hotel in PV - walking distance to shopping, restaurants, malacon, and beaches. Daily dj are the pool was awesome! HEATED pool was a nice surprise.
Lacking normal amenities in the rooms like face cloths and proper hair care products as well they lose points for no coffee maker or kettle in room and coffee in the lobby until 11am with coffeemate instead of actual milk or cream- these little touches would have made my review a 5 star for sure.

This is my fourth stay at Hotel Mio. I love the warm and friendly staff. They're always friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was awesome. Worth every penny. Roof top pool and bar is always nice.

You can't find any smiles on the staff's faces. I was assigned a different room than the one I booked, so when I asked to change, they said there was no room. I barely received any compensation and no matter what I requested, it took over 30 minutes. I don't want to go again

The room is average, the average level of a business hotel, but there is no coffee machine, two small bottles of free water every day, the room service is not very good, the room is almost not soundproofed, I am in a very inner room, and it is like sleeping on the highway at night.
