I hesitated for a long time seeing the different comments, honestly I was very, very happy. Already the city of Pula is very nice and the infrastructure offered by the hotel was really great. The swimming pool is a big plus, the hotel is equipped with an A** and a mini market!
The staff are charming and very attentive.
The only downside for me was the noise when cleaning the apar**ent next door, I was the only one disturbed because I am a light sleeper, my husband and children heard nothing 😅

Lovely resort for holiday both with kids and alone.
Direct access to the sea, or pool if you prefer. That's the best part of it :-).
Relaxing environment, with evening entertainment as well as kids' club.

Overall we loved staying here. Really well kept property. Cons: every night bugs appeared coming inside through the window crack and large amount of mouse droppings on the balcony floor and table as a surprise every morning. The kitchen was well equipped. The king size bed was rock hard; wish it had a pad on. The kitchen chairs had metal legs and they were super loud when you moved them… they also stuck out in the back and we kept tripping over them multiple times; almost landed on the floor. There is a grocery store conveniently on the property but prepare to pay inflated prices. Having said all this, I would definitely go back; next time probably would stay in the hotel vs apartments.

This Park Plaza Verudela property was amazing with sea views. Rooms are clean and new with everything you need in kitchen. Has many great restaurants to eat at and shops including a grocery store. The sea is beautiful with areas to sit and sunbathe and a lot of aqua activities for kids and adults a 5 star hotel.
