"It was absolutely an amazing experience staying at this place. Location : Perfect location. Lush green. Amazing beaches nearby. Good connectivity via Taxis as well as public transport. Beautiful aquarium nearby. Also, do not miss the beautiful Ambrela beach nearby. Rooms : Clean. With a kitchenette. All required utensils present. Microwave and fridge available. Service : 24 hour reception with super friendly staff. The cleaning staff is very responsive and no complaints against them. Food: The resort has it's own shopping complex with so many restaurants. You get everything! They even have a supermarket. A bit expensive, but the extra money is for the convenience. Pool : Three sea water swimming pools with a pool bar. The only drawback is that the pool closes at 19:00. It should be extended till 21:00 at least during summers. Perfect for families. Just book! Do not think twice. This place will be remembered by us as the place where our 1-year old learnt to swim. Thank you Park Plaza for the experience."

"The location was great. The staff were all very friendly, and although there was no electric kettle in the room, they were able to lend me one. I was also able to upgrade to a room with a bathtub for one of my three nights (for an additional fee), but unfortunately the bathtub didn't hold enough hot water, so I wasn't able to enjoy a long soak. I felt like the large bathtub with jacuzzi was a waste."

"The photos are not true, everything shown is fake, the building is run down, the breakfast is nothing special, the televisions don't work in any of the 3 rooms we stayed in and in addition each of the rooms had a broken bathroom tap, I would not recommend it to anyone."

"We spent 3 nights at Hotel Amfiteatar and we really enjoyed our stay. We booked the hotel directly through the hotels website as we found we had a better price. A lovely family run hotel that is close to everything you need, you could see the Pula Amphitheater from the hotel entrance. When checking in we were told we were upgraded to a premium room what was amazing and we appreciated a lot. The room was very spacious and had everything we need (except tea/coffee facilities) as part of the premium room there was a massage chair what was different. The room was nice and clean, cleaned daily. Nice sized shower and also fitted with a smart TV that come in handy before bed. Included in our stay was breakfast what was excellent. There was a good selection of hot and cold food to choose from. I want to give a big mention to the staff at Hotel Amfiteatar, every member of staff who we met and dealt with were amazing. Very nice people who go above and beyond to help you, for example giving us a free upgrade and also allowing us to stay in the room an extra hour after check out at no cost. Thank you for all your help, it was very appreciated. Only downside is the fact there is no tea/coffee facility in the room but it’s hardly a problem."
