Run away... the worst scam of the century! Horrible, truly a disaster.... don't trust the given ratings, they are not reliable at all! I wonder how Trip can sell this kind of hotel. We had 3 nights booked... we requested cancellation and an immediate refund. Despite several exchanges, the owner refused to make any changes. Cafeteria-like food that was not good at all, and the bathrooms were a real disaster... I strongly advise against this hotel!!!!

Stayed at the Redang Island Bay Resort for six days and five nights with friends. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and there were plenty of activities scheduled daily. I have to say, the hotel's beachfront is one of the best in that area. Most of the staff speak Chinese, so there are quite a few Chinese guests, and they even have live Chinese singing at night. The room size is decent, but there's no hairdryer, and the AC occasionally cuts out. If you hang clothes outside, they dry quickly after noon. My biggest disappointment was when we paid extra for a friend to join us, but then they couldn't make it. We contacted the hotel four or five days in advance to see if we could get a partial refund, but they said no refund was possible at all.

We had a great stay here. The staff were very nice. The room was okay. The location is awesome. Right in front of one of most beautiful beach in Malaysia
