房間衞生很乾凈，設施很新，環境很棒，電梯很快，早餐很豐富，前台兩位小姐姐很美麗服務很棒，來到普寧玩的第一天，這個酒店給我很多小驚喜尋求幫助的時候也非常快的接應該，下次再來普寧玩的時候，我還要選擇這家酒店

房間空間可以，訂的是行政雙床房沒有景觀. 早餐食物選擇太少. 不過酒店樓下就是商場去吃飯很方便。

一如概往的好，前台友善，宵夜早餐很不錯，地點一流，去那裡都很方便，酒店地庫已有大超市。唯一美中不足是沒有電視看，廁所有輕微渠臭味，其他都很好。

地理位置優越，處於萬泰滙上方，吃喝玩耍應有盡有，配套齊全，出行方便，環境衞生乾淨整潔，房間可以看到整個普寧廣場，十分熱鬧。
再來普寧還是會住進這裏。

酒店在商場上層，但是電梯不刷卡，去商場和頂樓健身房的人都坐這個電梯，永遠人很多。
而且酒店在房間放了宣傳單，説樓下吃飯商户拿着住店憑據可以打折。去之前還特意打電話問了前台，也去領了住店憑證，結果到「九龍茶室」這家店吃完後，服務員説沒有這個活動。給酒店前台打電話，説我們也不知道。氣得要死。後來跟他們吵了一架，才説往上反饋問一下結果是和餐廳經理談的合作，經理離職了，活動沒傳達，真的會謝。然後酒店也一點補償也沒有，好像這個事情完全與他們無關。
