This trip was amazing. The resort was beautiful and easy to navigate. The rooms are quite large and the location is isolated and quiet. The beach is beautiful, the food was delicious, the drinks were wonderful. The staff were all really friendly and the service was generally great. There are a lot of vegan and vegetarian options which was great! All the events were really enjoyable and overall it was a really relaxing and memorable vacation! Shout out to the activities director Miki for making our stay extra special!

The food was fine. Most waiters are good people and even more so if you appreciate their service with some tips from time to time. The room is spacious. We did not like that the toilet and shower did not have a door, they are open and can become uncomfortable. Facilities and gardens in perfect condition and clean. Spacious and well-maintained pool and beach area

Loved the property and the staff. The food was decent too, and I highly recommend dinners at Terrace and Mikado. We will definitely be back!
Two things that I didn’t enjoy were the fact that smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas, including poolside. This was an inconvenience.
The other was the ardent upselling efforts to their Exclusive Travel Club. We were told that we were being taken to breakfast at a beachfront restaurant on the property and it turned into a meal and a 3 hour pitch for a ludicrously expensive travel membership that required a down payment of over USD 5000 and monthly payments for 36 months!
We got a reusable grocery bag and a 30 min massage for our time.
If they try to talk you into attending this sales pitch, don’t do it (unless you have bags of money!)
Besides that, loved the experience and would come back in a heartbeat!

Food at the buffet was very good. The pool areas clean and quiet most of the time. Beach had sea****, but they made a good effort of cleaning it daily. Check-in and Check- out was smooth.
Only recommendation is take Terro ant killer with you. We had tiny ants in our room every day. Don't leave food laying around in your room. Our room service plates the next morning probably had 100 ants on them.
Overall a great 12 days in paradise!

Full disclosure we stay regularly at all inclusive resorts in Jamaica and Mexico. This was our first time in the DR. The staff at this resort were incredibly rude, the lobby would not give change for tipping, the resort is outdated. The shower in our room did not drain and we could hear people outside our room, which woke us up in the morning. Very few people speak any English and everyone smokes everywhere… even at the restaurants. I would not stay here again. The food was ok. Not terrible but not great.

The property was lovely, our room was very nice. However, most of the staff don’t speak English and don’t even comprehend what your trying to say. Communication was difficult and food was mediocre at best. If you wanted information you had to scan a barcode to get the it and nobody gave you insight as to what was going on. The ****** (next store) was rigged I’m convinced. We would not return to this property.
