Location good and value for mony

When booking the hotel failed to advise that the pool was closed for maintainace for the entire 3 days booking. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and paid more than we would normally pay because we wanted a pool

Staff was very polite and helpful. I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The restaurant was also very nice, with a good atmosphere and enjoyable food. However, the room service experience was disappointing. The service was slow, and the quality of the room service food did not meet the standards of the restaurant. This was the only aspect of the stay that needs improvement.And room cleaning needs improvement to the most. I had a pleasant stay overall. The most beautiful part of this hotel is the location.we opted for a sea facing front view room and a side view room with balcony in the 3rd floor. The behaviour of the staffs are commendable. They are very helpful and professional.The food was awesome. Overall a nice experience.

Good Food and nice ambience and very good behaviour of staff. Abhimanyu and Subhadra took good care of us and made sure we enjoy our presence here.

Nice hotel with delicious foods with very good and polite staffs behaviour, specially Mr Purna Chandra and Sanatan and Vikram and also Subhadra and Rozalin and Rani .
