Hotel Prabhupada

When booking the hotel failed to advise that the pool was closed for maintainace for the entire 3 days booking. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and paid more than we would normally pay because we wanted a pool

Good hospitality, good quality food,very good hygiene invornment in cafe,good room service, visiting and stay is wearth.visiting this place in November 2023.room fair also reasonable.good to stay here

Very nice rooms, had taken rooms with balcony with sea view, enjoyed my stay there, hotel is just opposite to the beach and also has a swimming pool which was fun.. the staff were very kind and helpful. Food was availability 24 hours so was not worried about anything,Will definitely recommend this place

This is the fourth time I am staying here.. First time after renovation.. This time highly disappointed..Their reception lack a proper washroom and not enough sitting space.. Rooms are good and housekeeping staffs were also kind but ***agement team was horrible.. They seriously lack hospitality.. I felt that they are constantly trying to find ways to squeeze money from their guest.. During the time of booking they didn't inform us that their swimming pool will remain closed which they should have as they claim that as a facility they are providing to their guest.. Moreover they charge extra for accessing swimming pool (Though they used to charge before renovation also).. I didn't find any logic about their 8 am Check out time.. We were a group of 12 people (1 person above 85years and 3 person above 75 years).. As We were returning by Vande Bharat Express to Howrah so asked them whether they can give us one room for senior citizens to sit (if they don't have any booking).. However they confirmed that they don't have booking but they will charge extra for that.. However we were okay with it.. Initially they say that we have to take two rooms.. After requesting they agreed to give us one room but the charge they said was far too high for 2 hours.. We agreed to pay 50% of their room rent but they refused saying that their ***agement will not allow and deduct money from their staff salary.. I found their attitude rude.. Their check in time is 10 am and check out time is 8 am.. They provide room with breakfast where breakfast timing is 8 am to 10 am which means a person staying for a day will not be able to have breakfast.. They say they have a restaurant but it is actually not.. New decor of the the restaurant was good but they cannot provide most of their items in their menu card.. Eg. They couldn't give us dosa for 2 days as they don't have a cook.. Moreover you have to order by 7:30pm for your dinner at 10:30pm.. Otherwise they cannot provide you food.. We faced huge problem regarding this after returning from temple visit as we got late.. We literally had to request for food.. I will not recommend Hotel Prabhupada if you are traveling with senior citizens and returning by Vande Bharat..

This was one of the best stays I had in Puri. Rooms are spacious. Truly sea facing rooms. Food was very nice. Service was great. Staff behavior was praiseworthy. Will definitely stay again in future. Strongly recommend.

Nice hotel I have ever seen. The hotel has provided us with all the facilities. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is too good for Seaview. Thanks to all staffs for comfortable our stay for 3 days Specially thanks to the frontdesk staff Mr vishnu, Satya, soubhagyabati and Deepak.

The rooms are amazing, and the location of the hotel is absolutely serene. If you are looking to spend some peaceful time with your family and friends this is your ideal place. However, I would say that service is a bit slow. So if you are okay with it, rest is superb

Wonderful experience with great hospitality esp the service provided by Mr Satya & the restaurant staff. Impressive destination u can rely upon. Food served by the restaurant is really delicious. Would definately visit this place if I come to Puri next tym.

The hotel has provided us with all the facilities that a guest should be served with. This includes a clean toilet with proper hygiene, great and heartwarming response from the staff who treated us with respect and delicious food provided at their restaurant. Overall our family had a great stay at the hotel and will return once again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.
