The Hans Coco Palms

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing

I had visited on 16th May to Hans Coco palm. But room is too bad and very bad room service, AC is not working and outlet leakage in the room. Bathroom is also not clean, I am Very disappointed with second visit.

Location of the property & connectivity is good. Rooms are clean & tidy. Food at the restaurant & staff are awesome. Issues I faced was poor WiFi connectivity & poor lighting at the reception & entrance. Overall great property. Highly recommend.

The staff behavior is excellent,room service i found the best and the food quality also. Everything you need to enjoy is in walking distance from the hotel...I'll like to go again whenever I'll go there

Property and the Location is very good but overall staff quality poor. Neither do maximum staffs smile nor are they courteous. Staff lacks etiquette’s of asking before entering in the room. Probably Management is weak that is the reason staff seams unprofessional and non-courteous.

⭐⭐☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience for a property that claims to be a 5-star resort. While the location and overall infrastructure are impressive, the service standards were far below expectations. The resort appeared to be severely understaffed, resulting in slow response times and poor guest service throughout our stay. Many of the room amenities and accessories were old, outdated, and in need of replacement. The maintenance and attention to detail expected from a luxury property were clearly lacking. The spa experience was another major disappointment. Despite charging premium prices, the service felt more like a basic massage (“malish”) rather than a professional spa treatment. The facilities, ambience, and therapist expertise did not justify the rates being charged, making it poor value for money. A 5-star resort should provide exceptional hospitality, modern facilities, and high-quality wellness services, but unfortunately this property failed to meet those expectations. With significant improvements in staffing, maintenance, and guest services, it could become a much better destination. Until then, it offers a much lower standard of experience than its star rating suggests.

Hans Coco Palms gives a resort like experience in Puri and an apt place to visit the Jagannath temple, relax at the property and still be right on the beach. I would also like to complement the quality of the front office staff and the other support teams who make the stay a memorable experience!!
