The Hans Coco Palms

This is a totally overpriced property and not justifies its price at 1 % I will never come this place again we felt that our money has gone disappointed with the property amd food was terribly expensive and also bad in taste amd very ordinary. Suggesting that please not come in this property I am very much dissatisfied

We have previously stayed here.but this time experience was not so pleasant.there was no wifi service the excuse being no staff present on Sunday for fixing the problem.they charged for kids food without mentioning.they sent almost 4 packets yippee made for a kid and it was wasted and we didn’t know we had to pay for it.there was no staff at front desk to coordinate to put luggage in vehicle .this is not expected from hand coco palms wen u pay 15k per night to stay there.hope u people take the reviews positively

Was there recently for 2 nights. Very overpriced, rooms are really average, location is excellent, the staff at the front desk is really unhelpful, staff in general is courteous, food is quite ordinary. Overall for the price they charged the experience was sub standard. Avoid staying here.

Clean and nice with a lot of open space and a pool with a lot of trees around. Away from the crowd but not far from Station and Temple. Very helpful staff. Good food too at the restaurant.

We stayed for 3 nights. Great pick up and drop service from the airport. Great rooms, with direct view of the pool and the sea. The beach is just across the road. Food is just amazing. Do go for the prawns and the crab. Very courteous service accompanied with a smile. This hotel with its overall ambience stands out amongst all the other hotels on that stretch. Overall, a 10/10

The hotel needs extensive renovations right from the reception to the corridors and rooms. Food quality is terrible especially be careful of breakfast, we found stale food and had vomiting next day. Most horrific stay. Location is excellent that’s why it sells.

Very good resort with all amenities and great location.all the staffs tried their best to satisfy the guests.floor mabager rajendra took care of all.reception was pretty good.beach is just infront of resort with lifeguard and chairs,umbrellas

Excellent hotel, with a brilliant view of the sea. Staff is very helpful. Mr. Bidhubusan was particularly helpful by arranging airport pick up, also he connected me with the priest. Restaurant in the hotel has the best pomfret tandoori, though they can increase the fish options. Rooms are good, though I was there for 2 nights.

I’m a two decades old visitor of this hotel. This time I was staying in ground floor room number 203. Room was clean as usual. Staffs are courteous as earlier. ***y known staff faces we used to see whenever we visit here. Rajendra Das House keeping incharge personally met and asked if anything is necessary from his end. A flower bouquet sent in my room on request , which was complementary too. Only once in earlier years I stayed in ground floor. Rest of the time I stayed in 1st floor always. This time I noticed lots of leeches moving outside the room i.e within courtyard of the room adjoining lawn. Though immediately the lady incharge of housekeeping in the evening came and arranged to spread insecticide outside the room. But I must say that Hans Cocopalm is having “Horribly weak wifi” connection. This not at all acceptable when the hotel is charging INR 7000 + 12% GST . The almost same tariff Oberoi Grand of Kolkata , a heritage 5 Star property of charges. This time neither we were getting Vodafone tower inside the room nor, wifi of the property. Instead of requesting in reception it was unsolved. What I understood, hotel ***agement rented only slow speed broadband connection from service provider. Vodafone connection could also be better if hotel ***agement asked Vodafone to install amplifier. These two are essential to stay in a property , now the ***agement should understand this. This time though we are supposed to stay upto 3rd August, getting check out today on 2nd August and shall stay in Bhubaneswar. Though this part is absolutely unplanned and only to get rid of weak wifi and weak Vodafone tower within the property. Soumya Banerjee
