My Uber was driving around in ever decreasing circles as we couldn't find this hotel. But then La Defense is pretty impenetrable by car so I shouldn't have been surprised. Finally made it to reception to be greeted by a lot of smiling faces and the news that my room had been upgraded. The room itself (I had no idea what it had been upgraded from) was great - big double bed, plenty of space, soft towels. I tried the TV but there were only the usual channels. It would be nice (and perhaps expected in an hotel like this) to have a smart TV so I could login to my accounts but no. I had a fantastic caesar salad for dinner via room service, although the ordering method was slightly convoluted (via an app which you needed to scroll through to find the right bit - sounds straightforward but it wasn't completely). The bed was really comfortable and no noise from outside. In the morning the shower was powerful and hot and easy to use (not always the case first go). So friendly staff, nice room, good food, and tip-top shower - that's really all you want or need from a hotel.

The location is a few hundred meters away from the new Arc de Triomphe. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to Westfield and La Défense subway M1 entrance, M1 to the Arc de Triomphe 6 stops. The sanitation of the hotel facilities is not a big problem, but sometimes you forget to supply water, you can ask the front desk for it, and the front desk has no problem with English. Breakfast is 20 euros and the content is okay. I own a parking lot at the entrance, and I parked it for two days without charging. If you come by car, please pay attention to the location. The address given by Ctrip may not be easy to find. The GPS address given by the hotel is: Rue Jules Ferry 92800 Puteaux. The parking entrance of the hotel is not on the main road. When you see the 7/7 sign, you need to turn right about one hundred meters after entering the intersection. You will go straight to the westfield parking lot or go out. La Défense is a complicated road, please concentrate. Uber eats can order Shaxian snacks, wontons are good, 8 Euros. There is also a Vietnamese noodle that is also good, less than 10 euros. There is also a Dynasty Poached Pork Slices that does a good job.

Lovely place with easy access and nearby parking available. The hosts are very charming and helpful. My wife mentioned to Cristina her lactose intolerance and they were able to quickly accommodate her with nice options for a personalized breakfast. I really recommend the breakfast 😋 The rooms are very small but have all that you need. We arrived late with a lot of luggage and Cedric was very helpful. No TV and no mini-bar in room but enough choice of drinks in the easily accessible common area. Hosts are generous with healthy homemade snacks and juices in the room. Would have appreciated bathrobes and slippers.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom is a little small but functional with nice toiletries (Soap, Shower gel/Shampoo etc). Bed was firm but comfortable and there are extra pillows and a blanket supplied. Our room (104) had air conditioning and was at the front of the hotel but we never had any noise issues. Breakfast was lovely, a simple continental style but plentyful and fresh. The hotel is in a nice quiet suburb of Paris (Puteaux) but just 15 minutes walk from La Defense or Esplanade stations with easy access to the rest of the city. Nearby there are a few restaurants and shops, although we found some were closed at weekend/only opened on the Monday as we were leaving. (we think this is as its near the business district) We walked from Puteaux to Surenses to go to Longchamps races which was easy

We’re Mama fans and decided to stay at this recently opened hotel. The hotel was difficult to find, the La Defence area is a planner’s mess. However, the hotel was great, staff lovely and great rooms. The top floor restaurant/ bar has great views over Paris and we enjoyed the breakfast.
