It was dirty. We stayed because it served breakfast. NO BREAKFAST!!! The staff was asleep in the office with ALL doors locjed abd lights off, we took pictures of her sleeping.
When talkibgvto iwner, he did not seem to care and did not refund any money fir tge HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

This is not the Ritz. Basic small room. Comfortable bed. Flat screen TV. Tub-shower. Rooms all face parking lots. Rooms are clean. No desk. Property is right next to freeway and noisy street. Breakfast choices are very limited. You get what you pay for.

Although I had displayed the "Do Not Disturb" card properly outside my room numerous times & requested the same from a housekeeper who knocked on my door, my room was visited twice. Appreciated the service, but preferred it not. All is forgiven, but that's my only complaint.

I was charged twice, I knew when the lady at the front desk did it...I told her I didn't want to swipe my card again because she was charging me twice. Sure enough, twice. The place was smelly and dirty. For $100, I could've stayed at the Marriott, with way better rooms.

I appreciate great customer service. And that is what we had at this motel. The day worker was kind and accommodating. Also seen i needed a handicap room without having to ask her. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will be back!!
