位置偏就不説了，洗澡水不大，房間隔音不好。房間浴液和衞生紙都是上一個客人用剩下的，吹風機一看就是地攤貨，浴巾毛巾的白色也已經變了顏色，窗簾很臟，一次有落差的入住體驗。可惜了這麼好的體量！

綠化很多，酒店裡麪還可以散步，停車場也很大，周邊環境優美，前廳經理很好。整體感受中規中矩，價格不是很貴，下次出差還會住這裏。

酒店比較乾淨，裝修也比較新，至少是不舊吧，附近吃飯的商業不多。
感覺酒店會議不少，但是酒店附近的湖特別好，可以步行或者慢跑。

環境：酒店的位置不錯，在濮陽市核心區域的邊上，自駕很方便，緊鄰濮陽西湖景區，站在窗外看風景很美，感覺世界靜好。
服務：服務員還需要進一步培訓，服務意識不夠強，客房服務員非常熱情的打招呼，早餐區的服務員表現的不夠專業。
衞生：因為行政房的床比較大，所以這次選擇了稍微貴一點的行政房，但是入住後感覺好像很久沒人住，之前衞生應該是做好了，就是有點落灰。
小建議：在酒店的反饋電話中已經提到了，早餐時間是6：30-9：30，然而我們用餐那天9：30相當準時就關閉了一半的燈光，當時還有很多客人正在用餐。因為阿爾卡迪亞本來就屬於度假酒店，客人起晚一些也屬於正常，早餐還是建議適當延長時間到10：00，即使不能延長也不要一下就把燈關了，這樣感覺在驅趕客人，在五星級酒店不該有這樣的體驗感的，希望能改進。

環境很好，花園休閑式酒店。高速下來都是寬闊的大路，看來處於新城，所以人煙稀少，不過正是我喜歡的，可以享受片刻的悠閑和寧靜。選的湖景房，陽台正對一片湖，可觀夕陽。有地下停車場，方便，適合自駕。退房時前台小哥服務態度很好。這次出門，發現現在小哥都像正正哥，而小姐姐們卻彷彿鄭有恩的負面附體
