Generally a great hotel with lovely staff and great bus services. The bus services run to the beaches along with Nama bay and the old town: coral beach is more for diving where as sandy beach is more for relaxing. The food is standard, however somedays were much better than others. Breakfast is the same every day and is basic. The hotel is rated 4 stars however I would give this 3 stars, needs some more tlc in some areas! Kareem from the entertainment team is amazing and was our favourite! Kareem also took a group of to Hard Rock Cafe which you have to pay 20GBP for entry and drinks. Mahmoud from the excursion team was very friendly, we booked swimming with the dolphins which was by far our favourite part of the trip. This is around 90EUR per person but is defo worth doing. Would love to come back but would probably go to one of their sister hotels.

We got back from our 7 night stay here yesterday, and we are already missing the hotel and country so much! Everything is perfect, the rooms are huge and super clean, the staff are so helpful and funny, the food is fantastic, the pools are checked and cleaned everyday. I swear the cleaners don't stop! The animation team wasn't a big team but they were fantastic with our little ones aged 4 and 6, we all joined in on the activities. The location to naama is excellent! We did the safari whilst there and we loved it that much we did it twice. The boat trip is stunning especially white island! Wished we stayed for longer than 7 nights. But we will already looking to come back for longer next time! Thankyou to everyone who made our stay AMAZING, I would rate you 10* if I could xx love from the UK

Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel & Spa The hotel is a 25-minute taxi ride from Sharm airport, and we pre-booked the taxi with the hotel by e-mail a week before our arrival at a cost of US $25, chargeable to our hotel check-out bill. The taxi driver was standing outside the airport building entrance with our name on a sign. For our return to the airport, we paid at the taxi office desk, which is just inside the hotel entrance next to the cash machines. We paid with an English £20 note. The cash machine nearest to the taxi desk gives out small bills which was handy for tips. We were given a room overlooking the pool, but the pool music was so loud in the room that we went back to the reception and asked for a quieter room. We were given a room overlooking Nama Bay which was peaceful most of the time. The room was of a nice size and had a free mini bar, tea, coffee, milk pods, kettle, bottles of water everyday were given every day, and a range of toiletries was in the bathroom. There was bathrobes and slippers in the room. The air con worked well and was quiet on the low-speed setting. The spacious bathroom had a bath with a shower at one end. The TV had a few English movie channels and English news channels. The safe was so small that our laptop would not fit inside. The food in the main restaurant, La Terazza, was nice and there was always something we enjoyed eating. The house wine was enjoyable, but strangely they do not have diet lemonade anywhere in the hotel. The set menu for all-inclusive guests in the Corallo Rosso restaurant was very nice, so much so we eat there many times, it was like eating out in a high-class restaurant. La Scogliera cliff top Asian restaurant was a nice place to be in the evening, it overlooks the sea. We also tried their Romantic Dinner which was enjoyable. It is located at a separate place to the main eating area, and the staff made the area look very special with red flower petals, candles burning, soft music, and dim lighting. The Beach Bar was a nice place to take lunch. There is entertainment during the evening which was nice as it gives somewhere to go in the evening and have a drink while watching something. One day we took a 15-minute walk to Nama Bay going through the very quiet shopping centre. Opposite the shopping centre entrance on the other side of the road, is a very helpful pharmacy. The hotel main pool has loud music blaring out all day, but they do stop during lunchtime. Luckily there are quiet beach areas where you can get away from the very loud 18-30 club music. Do not be caught out with the beach towel workings. When picking up a towel at the beach you hand over a towel card which was issued at the time of checking into the hotel. The towel must be handed back in at the end of the day and a towel card taken back. If when checking out, you do not hand back the issued towel cards, you are charged US $20 for each card not returned. The assistant Food and Beverage Manager, H

Excellent hotel. I recommend! The service is very worthy of 5 stars. Courteous, non-intrusive and to the point. The infrastructure is relatively new. Everything is working. The area, the rooms are beautiful, everything you need is there. The food is varied enough. But the restaurant is small. If the hotel has a good load, then it is crowded and crowded at dinner. Pantone is, on stilts, comfortable, wide. Reef...is. but no wow. Not the prettiest in Sharm El Sheikh.

A very good hotel. The promotional pictures are seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. It is recommended that the business re-shoot the promotional pictures. The actual decoration is very modern and new. There are also several restaurants (two of which are Chinese restaurants. The taste is average and limited. There are not many people and reservations are required. Haha) Overall, it is still very good! A large resort worth staying in! !

The hotel environment is very good. The hardware facilities are relatively new among the hotels in Sharm. The service is also good and enthusiastic. What's more, the food is more suitable for Chinese stomachs. The only drawback is that the waves on this beach are relatively strong, so it is not very suitable for snorkeling.

The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained, reception staff were welcoming upon arrival and we recieved late check in food and drinks. The hotel room was large and spacious and kept clean throughout our stay with maid service daily. The only negative part was everywhere looks the same and because it's built almost tunnel like corridors and we were on the far side of the hotel, it sometimes felt we were in a hamster run and easily took wrong turns to get to our room ha The entertainment staff were brilliant with the children and ourselves - a good variety of games and entertainment throughout. If I could change 1 thing that would be too add a daily pool dance (morning and afternoon) and pool games, like shooting a ball in a bucket l, balance on a surf board ect - we as a family always look forward to the afternoon pool games (not talking about water polo) however at this hotel there wasn't any. Other than that the entertainment team were amazing! Especially Georgia and Mo. The beach is beautiful but wouldn't advise going in without water shoes as there so much sea life in there even in shallow waters (star fish, hermit crabs, crabs) very relaxing and quiet on the beach. The pools are fabulous! The life guards and great and on the ball constantly. The food had a great variety of choice even for the fussiest of eaters. Al a carte Italian and bar and grill were are personal favourites Overall we had an amazing 10 days here and would definitely return.

Attention: It's called Jaz Mirabel Resort, but this consists of Park, Club and Beach. The price was the same whether we booked Club or Beach Standard Room, but with Standard Beach Room you are closer to the sea and can use the adults only area. If you pay the same amount, you don't get access to the adults only area at the Club and you have to walk at least 800 meters to the beach. I think that's a rip-off for the same price, especially since you can't find this out anywhere. In addition, the jetty for snorkeling was only open from 3 or 4 p.m. and closed again at 6 p.m. You book a beach holiday for snorkeling and can go snorkeling for exactly 2 hours a day on the hotel's own reef. Food: Varied, especially lots of desserts. We liked the BBQ area (fish or meat). Drinks took at least 15 minutes and were only served in small glasses with the meal, so we had to keep ordering again. We could sit outside, but the tables were never set and we had to find staff or cutlery first. Bar: The beach bar was a disaster, far too many people (from three hotels) for 1-3 people. No self-service soft drinks and the vending machine at the snack restaurant didn't work. If you go to the beach in the morning you don't even have water until 10:00. In the evening there was only the lobby bar, everything was overcrowded and there were long waits for drinks, even though the hotel was far from fully booked. Unimaginable when you consider that many more guests could come! Drinks, well, okay Snack restaurant: There was one on the beach and one on the opposite side. Both served exactly the same thing. And clearly only junk food (fried food and bread)! What is the logic of two identical snack bars next to each other with the same offer? Why not another grill restaurant or one international and one Egyptian / Arabic / North African? Junk food, no thanks! Room: Everything worked, cleaning was OK, nothing special. After 4 days we changed hotels because it was OK for a short stay but it would have been really boring if we had stayed longer, especially if you were planning on snorkeling and swimming!
