The hotel stay was excellent for our family staycation since it had everything we wanted - pool, SPA, restaurant for breakfast and dinner, playground and garden. Room itself was well kept. Felt a little dated but not in a bad way. Just not a modern style interior. Location is good if you don’t aspire to travel far away in Qingdao.

My room was booked right outside the elevators. Very noisy. I room was designed for one of the hourly rooms with all the things you need for a quick rendez-vous. It was very off-putting. There were stains of something dripping down the wall near the bed. I questioned the cleanliness of the room. The room never felt cool enough.

On the way back, there happened to be heavy snow, the beautiful snow scene is really lingering. What is unforgettable during the trip is not only the scenery, but also the enthusiastic service staff here. I have stayed many times, and the kind service always makes people feel a sense of belonging here. The service of Xiao Chen and Xiao Guo in the lobby is very good.

Free upgrade, good service attitude, and a gift for the children after leaving the store. The children liked it very much and kept it with them all the way. There were also small biscuits and fruits. I will stay here again next time I go to Qingdao. The dolls are also very delicate It's the best hotel I've ever stayed in at this price range.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this suite that I booked. It was so spacious and had everything one might need: two bathrooms, dining room, massage chair, treadmill, spacious living room area, kitchen, full refrigerator and desk area! I thoroughly enjoyed the space. The location is down the street from the airport, and within a complex so it is difficult for DiDi drivers to find. Overall, the hotel suite was lovely!
