The entire place was spotless, with no dust in any corners, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a truly relaxing sleep. The decor is simple yet cozy, with plenty of natural light and thoughtful soft furnishings that make every photo opportunity perfect. The host was incredibly helpful, providing clear check-in instructions and even recommending local eateries and less-known attractions. They were also very prompt in answering any questions. The location is convenient for getting around, yet quiet and peaceful. Overall, it felt incredibly comfortable and welcoming, completely exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again on my next visit. I've already recommended it to my friends!"

"The location is fantastic! It's about a 10-minute walk to Zhanqiao Pier and the cathedral, and you can easily walk to attractions like Signal Hill. The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks, and it was my first time trying Laoshan White Flower Snake Grass Water – it was surprisingly palatable. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the soundproofing was excellent. The only minor drawback was the small room size. Food deliveries were brought to the front desk, and the disposable toiletries were of good quality; the toothbrush bristles weren't too hard. They even provided nail care items and mouthwash. Plus, they kindly extended our check-out time."

"This hotel's location is incredibly convenient. The beach is just a short stroll away, perfect for an evening walk. There are plenty of shopping malls and plazas nearby, including Ginza Plaza, which is within easy walking distance. You'll find a wide variety of dining options to choose from. Supermarkets, bubble tea shops, and more are all within walking distance, making everything very easy when you stay here. The hotel itself is also great. The room was spacious, not at all cramped. What I liked most was how quiet it was; I slept really soundly at night. There was also something rather clever – I'm not sure if the hallway had air conditioning or what, but as soon as I entered the room, it was wonderfully cool and comfortable. That feeling in the middle of summer was just perfect. I can't pinpoint where the cool air came from, but I just instantly felt refreshed and it was quite cozy. Overall, if you want convenience without the noise, this place is a perfect fit."
Jinze Hotel (Qingdao Taitung Pedestrian Street) ★★
"The soundproofing is really poor; I could hear conversations from the next room, and if they spoke any louder, I'd know exactly what they were saying. Plus, there was renovation noise in the morning. The owner was very nice though, and even gave me four bottles of water and a snack pack before I left, but they were too heavy, so I ended up leaving them at the hotel."

The room was exceptionally spacious, never feeling cramped or stuffy. The biggest surprise was the washing machine and dryer, which made it easy to manage clothes even after several days of travel, making the stay as comfortable and hassle-free as being at home."

"I always stay at this hotel when I'm on the West Coast. The price is pretty reasonable, and the breakfast on the second floor offers a good variety of options with generally tasty food, including freshly ground coffee. The staff are very friendly and even arranged a room with a partial sea view, which was great. However, the hallway carpet was a bit dirty this time, so hopefully, they'll improve on that. The hotel is conveniently located near plenty of dining and shopping options, and it's not far from the main attractions either."

Amy, the duty manager at the front desk, even gave us a free room upgrade. And the breakfast at Crowne Plaza is fantastic, a great blend of Chinese and Western dishes, with the Western options being particularly authentic. Definitely worth checking out!"

The restaurant next to the hotel offers both Chinese and Western cuisine. My family preferred the Chinese options, so we ate there every day of our stay. It's truly the best choice for a family-friendly hotel."
