The reception of the hotel is located on 25th floor of the building which may not be obvious for first timer as there is no signage for the hotel at first floor. Apt is rather old. They provide microwave but there is no kitchen utensils not even a plate and a knife. You have to keep reminding them to send towels for 4 pax as they only provide 2 towels even though checked in 4 guests. Location wise, it is conveniently located next to the metro station exit which is connected to a big commercial mall where you can find nice restaurants.

The room was far below that expected from the description and pictures. The room was very small and cramped with a small second bedroom. We had expected a large 2 roomed apartment. The single bathroom was tiny with poor ventilation - we initially only had 2 towels despite the booking being for 4 adults. There was no crockery or cutlery in the kitchen, we had to buy disposable cups at extra cost. There were no restaurant facilities. The room's condition was scruffy (although at least it was clean) as was the furniture (of which too much and very old). The location was OK - behind the 5 star Westin hotel accessed through a car park. In all a very disappointing experience, way below the expectations created by the web site description.

The location is prime. The hotel is only 2 mins from No.3 line. Our room was on 43rd floor so the elevator took some time to arrive. They cleaned the room every day and its average cleanness. Overall it’s good value!
