Parking is not convenient, and then eating is more convenient. There is a street downstairs where you can eat. The room is not very big. The towels are a bit old and the elevator is also old.

還行。距離高鐵站近便。青田也不大。有早餐，簡單饅頭熱粥鹹菜，還好啦。衞生做了，沒有一次性拖鞋，晚上不吵，白天樓下巷子裏吵。主打便宜衞生。還要啥自行車？

位置很不錯，火車站步行7分鐘便可到達，而且是江景房，白天和夜景都很漂亮。衞生狀況一般般吧，但還能接受，衞生間的燈光太暗了，抽水馬桶水箱的蓋子缺失。淋浴熱水出水快，水量大，水流綿密。房間隔音效果不佳，因為是沿馬路，所以對於有靜音要求的住客可能會覺得晚上車輛聲音過響。

如果不是這價格，真的這個旅館一點都不好，前台辦理入住的年輕小妹態度很一般，房間裏面進去地板還是濕的，地板也是飽經滄桑的有各種印記在。房間門反鎖不好用。
