Honestly i like the price and the rooms are newly renovated, it’s just that you know why this is the price. The smart features of the rooms are acting up and the breakfast is extremely basic. But the beds are ok and there’s a sofa in the room we stayed in. The tv was also acting up and the bathroom at the front desk isnt that great. The front desk isnt that friendly either. You get what you pay for but all things considered, it’s kind of ok. The room was big and clean anyway. We arrived at night so the maintenance who knew what to do wasnt in duty. Not a lot of choices in this area and we’ve stayed in worse hotels

這個酒店什麼都好，除了某些人真的很傻。幾個月前的訂單，被陌生人打開了房門差點進來。經理專門叫了檢修人員核實了確實是門鎖問題才聯繫我，包括攜程都處理很好。這個事過去了我也淡忘了，今天前台還專門打電話到我這，午休時間被吵醒。還專門問我之前那個房費怎麼退掉，説做不進去賬。幾個月了。想請問給我打電話之前能不能先問哈你們公司領導上級，如果幾個月前的訂單不是你們的問題，可想而知不可能軟件順利給我退費。本來後期我也不計前嫌再次入住過你們酒店。可是幾個月後的今天接到你們的質問電話真的很無語。那種屬於重大酒店事故。麻煩你們加強公司員工培訓，先問哈領導那次怎麼回事，而不是過了幾個月後第一時間來打電話質問客户。本來那事過去了很久，當時受到了很嚴重驚嚇。非要讓我重新回憶一遍。吵到了我午休不説，讓我本來對你們重新認可的印象又再次變很差。明明可以請示上級問清楚的事，非要打電話到我這裏詢問細節。我記性好想起來了，記性不好是不是要冤枉我補幾個月前的因為酒店過失的退費呢??

一直對麗楓的印象很好，畢竟是高檔酒店，但是這家無論是服務還是設備都太差了，一進前台三個前台，前面站着兩個人，女前台板着臭臉，在前面站了很久，也沒有人説一句稍等一下之類的安撫顧客和指引，各忙各的，隨後忍不住問了一句三台機子就衹能一個辦理入住嗎？隨後有個男前台就幫我們辦理入住了，上到房間發現很多燈都不亮，按了全開關也不亮隨即打電話到前台詢問了是否按了全開關是全部燈都亮的，前台不懂詢問了另外的人得到的回覆是“是的全亮”我説房間燈很多都不亮，床頭燈亮一個不亮一個，他們説讓大叔幫我們看，後面等到大叔來，大叔説所有麗楓都一樣的 不能全部開，衹能開幾個，我説好的，幫我把另外一邊的床頭燈打開吧，大叔研究了一會説壞了，這裏不為難大叔，而是請問酒店管理方這就是麗楓？這樣的前台服務態度比城市便捷漢庭如家等連鎖酒店的態度都差太多，全開關不是開全部？全開關的全是什麼？要選模式其他模式都不需要，就是要全部燈開，這方説辭未免太牽強了，衞生間音樂開關是壞的 即使是按着關來洗澡還是會有音樂！大半夜的空調異響！什麼破房間全給我遇上了，半夜三點半還要打電話給前台上來查看空調異響，關了重啟又沒事，過了一會又繼續一直響，視頻已經錄好了，免得酒店房後面找我們以為是我們找事，這波整得我們都尷尬了，如需要視頻歡迎留言郵箱，太困擾了，住麗楓是想有舒適的環境和好的睡眠，還有地攤有稀碎的玻璃渣子，脱鞋走路刺到腳後面沒有找到碎渣估摸是很小的碎渣 腳上很明顯有感覺，所有都在陳訴事實，第一次住這家以後也不會再來這家。
