床墊帶血需要清洗，要到第二天下午經過我們的詢問才能拿回來，沒有任何的備用物資，酒店方也沒有任何的歉意甚至覺得理所當然，也不會主動告知床墊的後續，不問就沒有。衞生一般，住的幾天就陪伴了停水停電，儲水缸沒有，備用發電也沒有，停水提前告知更沒有，後續解決方案自然也是沒有的啦，當然錢也不會少收你的，總之恆大別墅可以，但是這個中介下的別墅就別來了吧，大好時光就不要拿來和客服推磨拉卸了

這個價格太不值了，不好，KTV是壞的，音質很差，很雜，很吵，都不能調小聲，燒烤也不行，那個根本不叫燒烤，叫鐵板燒，洗衣機居然都是壞的，吃早餐的也很差，8個人吃了7個都拉肚子，附近的便利店超級小還華潤呢，很多都沒得賣，反正對這裏印象很差，特別不好，不值這個價格
