Hygiene: Terrible. Service: Also terrible. Parking is restricted to the entrance, and no one helps with luggage when you take the electric shuttle up.

The room was better than I expected! It was very cozy and clean! I didn't have time to take some nice photos of the room because the kids messed it up, but they still had a lot of fun! I also want to commend the receptionist; she was very kind and patient in explaining things to me, worried I might not be able to find my room! Thumbs up!

I've visited this place several times, and it's still as fun as ever. This time, my friend and I stayed in a twin room. Although the hotel has been open for a few years, the room was still very cozy and clean. After check-in, the front desk staff carefully explained the sightseeing information and routes. The signs inside were clearly marked on the floor, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Excellent service! 👍

Just checked into this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and a lively atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was soft, and I slept very comfortably. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. The price was reasonable, making it excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!

The hotel has a great location, right across from Wuyue Plaza, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was cozy and comfortable, with complete facilities, and the hotel was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors. The staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in was quick. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I will definitely stay here again!

The shower water pressure was so low it was barely a thread; when checking in, we paid for two adults and one child, but there was only one pair of slippers; the food was terrible—we had to call the staff to refill it, and it was always empty and stale.

It's a great place for a family trip. It's less crowded during the off-season. The location is excellent, right across from Wuyue Plaza. The staff are very friendly, especially Yang Dan at the front desk. She even gave the kids a gift when they left, which made them very happy and they had a wonderful weekend.

Facilities: The room was fully equipped with bathrobes and a safe, offering good privacy. There was even a mini-bar with refrigeration. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, with no unpleasant odors. Although it's near an indoor water park, there was no damp or musty smell, which was great. 👌🏻 Environment: The water park and hot springs were great fun, and the environment was excellent. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery. Transportation is convenient; it's opposite Wuyue Plaza, and bus stops are nearby. Service: The receptionist was very pretty and provided excellent service. Check-in was quick, and she recommended many nearby restaurants, which I loved! 🥰🥰 Staff at the water park and hot springs also helped with arrangements, which was very thoughtful. The sightseeing bus was readily available. Completely satisfied!!
