Good Hotel. The room was mostly clean. Only the bathtub was not completely clean but still fine.

飯店房間大小 配置 整潔度、設施、餐點(我用早餐)都算是水平以上!
1.飯店櫃檯服務..
飯店入住客人 我的觀察是大部分應是 內地商務客 培訓者居多
我入住時 見櫃檯 有1人 代為辦理數人的入住手續
居然 櫃檯服務人員沒有請 辦理者 坐下辦理
櫃台只有1位服務人員
我們 也沒有 被請坐下
就是 站著 等前位客人 辦理好手續後
換我繼續(站著呢)辦理!
飯店服務 講求是 賓至如歸 的感受!
也許我的要求、感受過多了!
(小弟是 台灣公共服務業 的中高階主管出身的)
善意的提醒飯店 管理層注意一下呢!
2.飯店還是應該要大力宣導抽菸的規矩!
我的感受是特別在 電梯間 依然有重重的煙味!

酒店服務非常好，預訂更改訂單很方便，入住退房很快，還送了小禮物，早餐也不錯。酒店交通便捷，離火車站步行可達，去北戴河海濱門口就有公交直達，恆温泳池人少，老酒店了，設施有些老化了，勝在五一期間溢價在可以理解的範圍，性價比很高的酒店

位置：位於迎賓路上，距離秦皇島火車站不到1公里，出行極方便。
周邊：有很多飲食購物之所，包括旋轉餐吧my city就在馬路對面，秦皇島連鎖麪包店喜社，秦家味，各種海鮮大咖等。
環境設施和衞生：酒店的3-5樓有數個大廳專門作為婚禮殿堂用，所以酒店的氛圍蠻喜慶。電梯包括4部客梯和2部貨梯，不知道是不是節假日住客太多 電梯等待時間較長，也比較擁擠。房間的設施比較老舊，衞生一般，不過節假日來説，漲價的幅度還好，所以性價比比較滿意。
服務：很好，前台工作人員很熱情，還為小朋友們準備了禮物。

設施：老房裝修過，房間設施齊全，但是乾濕沒分離，公共設施總體不錯，電梯太差，故障多，電梯運行少，隨時撂挑子，耽誤事。
衞生：挺乾淨，房間，大堂都不錯。
環境：周邊挺熱鬧，去哪旅遊也方便，吃飯很好找。
服務：前台，服務員很熱情，有求必應，反應快。

五一期間與朋友一起出遊選擇了這家酒店，還是經過好幾家酒店比較後才選擇的，房間挺大，也挺乾淨，設施齊全，但是有點甲醛味，透氣了好久才減少了，畢竟有點老了，衞生間不能乾濕分離，還有個小冰箱。早餐在一樓，品種一般，人很多，可能是假期的緣故吧。需要吐槽的是酒店的電梯，上下太慢，故障還多，每次上下真的讓人膽顫心驚，不知為何這麼重要的問題不能解決。

一家三口住，房間面積夠大，床墊舒服，我和孩子睡一張1.3的綽綽有餘，設備比較全，服務態度好，看見寶寶就送小零食。二樓有書屋，還可以看電影，寶寶喜歡，現在五一假期，性價比高！路口正對着秦皇島站，離的近，1公里左右吧，路口打車、出行方便。樓下對面就有肯德基！聽當地人説，算比較高檔的酒店，值得推薦👍
