The location is okay. Counter service is very poor not helpful . we ask for help, for something they say we can go make our own purchase. Order delivery food. They ask us to go lobby to pick. Fantastic service.
Is this fairmont I know. Very upset to see this .

The hotel is good. Clean, receptionists are very helpful and friendly, they helped us a lot. Breakfast is good, but not much variaety.

The hotel is in a great location, close to a convenient bus stop and just a 10 minute drive to the seaside . The staff were very accommodating although most of them knew very little English. The breakfast staff were great and the breakfast selection offered a lot of vegetarian options, which you don’t find in many hotels. The room was a great size, just there aren’t any scenic views. The cleaning of the bedrooms could be a lot better as the room I had was very dust and the floor was not cleaned everyday.

I will definitely recommend this hotel, the staff is exceptional, extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very well catered and delicious. The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. The hotel is close to the beach , it’s about it an 8 minute drive away. The hotel was beautiful and clean.
