酒店位置好，裝修好，高端大氣，打掃衞生的是一位小帥哥，特別客氣服務也好，後悔之前沒有發現這家店，本來是説以後來秦皇島都住這裏，但是但是但是，前台的服務太不專業了，攜程訂單顯示是下午2點退房，開房的時候也已經確認過，但是在不到一點的時候前台一位男士居然用座機通知説已經到退房時間了……什麼情況呀，這個時候大家都在午睡呀，好好睡一覺對長途駕駛的人是非常重要的，被吵醒真的很難受

這是我住過最糟糕的酒店。首先一進門就一股濃厚的味道，打開空調之後也有一股味道，而且空調遙控器就是個擺設，根本不好使，全靠手動操作。而且窗户外面是一個居民樓，玻璃也不是防偷窺的，從外面能看的一清二楚，導致我一直都不能打開窗簾，這樣跟無窗房有什麼區別？而且衞生間裏還有小動物出沒。真的非常糟糕！
