如果隔壁優程八桂酒店在淡季也是80塊建議住隔壁優程八桂 酒店蟑螂到處亂飛，公寓樓還有其他長租用户，樓道又臭又臟昏暗無比。 除了樓層高隔音好基本沒什麼優勢了洗澡水壓巨小泡泡都沖不走基本不值八十塊這個價

衞生乾淨，環境不錯，周圍有很多可以逛的地方，酒店的房間有洗衣機，很方便！這是我在欽州住得最滿意得一次！老闆的態度也很好，下次還會來住的！
