酒店服務熱情周到，房間超大，有空調，位置在縣城，買東西也方便。最暖心的一件事必須表揚，我們離店時，有一個黃花梨手串落在房間掉地上了，出發後才發現手串沒有了，打電話給前台接待説明情況，她們很熱心幫忙尋找，找到以後還幫着給我郵寄到家。非常感動！值得信賴！好評！

這次專程帶80+的老媽來普者黑看荷花,順便避暑,選擇住在丘北縣城的,一開始被房價吸引啲,70/晚,因為要多住幾天，長者家以便宜為首選，房間空間很大，床品舒服乾淨，還有空調及晾衫架，下午陽光直接灑進房間。特別讚賞的是前台兩位小姐姐，熱情有禮，還特別耐心講解酒店周邊環境、遊玩坐車等小細節，還有耐心幫我們找回忘了帶的充電線，在此非常感謝🙏我們前後一共住了五個晚上，老媽吩咐我一定要好好點贊👍而且酒店交通便利，有輕軌站和公交站附近，離菜巿場也是步行十多分鐘，非常適合長住。

我是湖南來的，酒店還可以，挺乾淨的，老公開始嫌棄太便宜不該我定這，沒想到一看房間大，衞生也乾淨，前台小孫美女很熱情，服務特別好，很親切，很不錯超級喜歡這家酒店，以後有機會還會選擇入住

環境衞生一般，放了半個小時都沒有熱水，衹有一點點温度，洗個澡還冷得發抖，去年住過一次也是沒熱水，今年還是這個樣子，沒有第三次了。
