日本人家族です。
まず、市内の中心(ホアンキエム湖のハイランドコーヒー)まで大人が歩いて20分程です。タクシーですと7分程度でまずまず便利な場所ではあります。このホテルのメリット、デメリット
メリット: 中心から近目、朝食のビュッフェがまずまずで美味しかった。
デメリット: 部屋が少し古汚い、部屋の掃除が適当、再度掃除を依頼した際に清掃員(中年女性)に舌打ちされたて睨まれた。

前後入住共2天都不太愉快經歷
第一次入住時，沖涼去水奇差，熱水不足，房間地方污糟，好似沒有清潔咁！自助早餐食物好一般！！
第二次入住時仲衰，好像全冇熱水一樣，微溫，反映後都不能解決，港幣450/晚不是太扺住，其後即搬去其他酒店住了多2晚（因好彩分開booking，時間剛可Free cancellation, 這是Trip.com最重要及最讚賞的一環），其他好近夜市及人群熱鬧食肆附近的酒店，環境及衞生都好好，熱水又足夠，只是地方細Muong這酒店少許，但價錢只是港幣320包2人自助早餐，整體表現及評分肯定高過Muong這一間，希望負責人或高層正視上述問題及缺點！！！
