湯屋的居住體驗比標間和大床房提升很多，設施齊全智能，風景很好，泡温泉也方便，適合老年人。唯一的意見是希望酒店增加早餐品種。

設施：酒店設施設備都挺新的
衞生：衞生很乾凈
環境：環境優美，是個適合放鬆的好地方
服務：酒店和景區的人員都非常好👍🏻
自駕過去的，從桂林出發，2個多小時。開的新能源，還有充電樁，快充慢充都支持，不過建議快沖～可以泡泡温泉，蒸蒸桑拿，喂喂梅花鹿，真的很治癒😌

優點:環境好，房車整體感覺挺好，安靜，前台，房務比較熱情。温泉乾淨。
缺點:
車房:蟲子多是無法避免的，整個房間沒有聞到消毒水的味道，牆紙有些脱落了，熱水器衹有60L，空調有兩台很給力。
温泉:平時人少，池子開的少可以理解，泡着挺舒服。但是前天感覺不怎麼想理人。
大地:來這裏除了温泉就是大地，這是讓我最生氣的地方，裏面唯一可以值得去的就是看梅花鹿和大白熊滑梯，大白熊滑梯壞了把所有的口都鎖上能理解，但是梅花鹿一定要買她10塊錢一袋的胡蘿蔔，不買直接不給你合照，全部趕走，我花38進來是幹嘛的？看別人的評論還不相信，現在可算知道為什麼經營不起來了，那麼好的地理條件。就給這些人糟蹋了。
最神奇的是我問商家客服大地門票是不是可以進去不限次數，客服説是，到了以後前台説客服不懂的，衹能進一次，那行吧，我晚上進去看燈光秀總行吧，大地的負責人説不好意思下午5點下班，晚上會開燈，但是衹能在外面看，不能進去。
總結:除了節日，園區裏面的所有項目都是擺設，能停的都會停掉，節約人力物力開支，但是節日來你會發現全是人，什麼都行都是人擠人。
想要清凈衹是為了泡個温泉就平時過來。想要熱鬧，玩更多的項目，就節日來。但是不把這些重點項目把好關，去的人衹會越來越少。

雙人大地景觀門票（可享多次入園、含梅花鹿互動、鹿文化館、温蒂花園、山野稻田藝術、白熊樂園、七彩長廊、浪漫心心長廊、一簾幽夢、法式燈光塔、健康步道、思源古井、帳篷營地遊覽））:住宿條件不錯，有獨立大陽台，晚上廣場上還有互動活動，客運很安靜；景觀適合遛娃；但是温泉完池內衞生不好，一層的角質層，想起現在身上還在發癢，而且温泉服務態度生硬，影響了中心整體形象！

前台服務人員態度生冷硬，房間隔音效果幾乎沒有，房間跟酒店宣傳的圖片不能説一模一樣吧，衹能説毫無關係。衞生方面還行吧，房間裏還是整潔無異味的，上樓還需要爬樓梯，還以為進了老破小。
環境：酒店宣傳的是圖2的酒店，實際就是普通房間

第一次來這裏旅遊，酒店大堂很大，休息區也很寬敞，挺不錯的，這個時候櫻花開得正好，酒店前台服務也很好，温泉那邊環境也挺不錯，還可以汗蒸，我們還去泡了兩次温泉，還有一些其他遊玩項目，週末可以跟家人過來這邊玩玩。

大碧頭度假區地理位置不錯，下高速就到了。適合自駕，辦理入住的酒店大堂在公路旁100米，需要停車後步行前往。拿了房卡有管家指引路線自行前往，温泉區域，距離房車區域開車3分鐘。
標準房車：房車在汽車營地區域內，房車內環境衞生不錯，1.5米床+1.2米上下鋪，可住4人。

世外幽谷，安靜宜人，房間很大，温泉很好
離高速近，正好作為長沙到柳州的中轉
可惜天公不作美，景區户外活動沒體驗到
車不能直接開到大堂有點不太方便
